Thats exactly what it is. Plain Arab salata. Cucumbers and tomatoes. And the white sauce is like Halal Cart White sauce. Its not Tahini. He said they also put tahini. So the white sauce was "white sauce" (mayonnaise with something)

And some of it is very similar to food I have eaten a lot in Xinjiang too. We have a group of people all from the same fundamental part of the world, with the same culture and basically the same religions. IE it is essentially all the same.
