I am happy to announce my new Lesson Pack entitled "The Cherokee Lesson", The lesson revolves around the song "Cherokee" and I have played and have transcribed (in TABS) a full solo on the form of the song "Cherokee". I play the solo in my style and use my favorite scales, arpeggios, and lines.
Included in the lesson pack are the video and audio of the solo, Tabs of chord voicings to use when playing the song, the Backing Track, and a 10-page document in which I discuss the concepts I use within the solo. Topics include: Analysis of the chord progression, Scales and arpeggios to use over Altered and non-Altered chords, Scales to use on a Dominant 7 chords resolving to a minor chord, the Mixolydian Passing Tone Scale, and more.
