I like how they added the reference where the egg turns to a chicken, it happened in a short when blue tried to make a omelet and the chick died of fire. It also a cool detail how read does mushrooms instead of meat because he loves animals.

This episode actually coincides with what I was doing today. I didn't make dishes from around the world, but I tried new recipes and made some baked goods. I had 3 zucchini and 3 bananas that were starting to go bad, so I made 3 loaves of zucchini bread and a loaf of chocolate chip banana bread. I haven't tried them yet since I ended up making them late in the evening and they need to cool overnight, but I'm anxiously waiting for tomorrow so I can have some with my morning coffee!

Why are you dissing Escargo? You are welcome to your opinion, but you do know there are Insect based dishes in both Japan and Mexico right? As well as various other things you wouldn't even think to eat. While my mother lived in Japan, one of the delicacies her family got to enjoy was Bitter chocolate covered insects - anything from Ants, the Giant Japanese Wasp, Scorpions, and Crickets. When they lived in Mexico, they got to enjoy similar cuisine but instead of a dark and bitter chocolate it was some form of candied substance with much bigger fried scorpions and locusts. Those would be on the same level as Escargo would they not?

Well, I'm french and even I have to agree snails are... special. But to be honest you don't see them really much outside some special occasions when people want to impress as it is mainly a lot of work for something chewy that only tastes of the garlic butter you put on it.
