The H3 still has lift options available to this day actually. Under $1k too I'm sure. I haven't seen anything higher than 3" in recent years, but they're out there. Don't forget a Chevy Colorado/GMC canyon lift will work too. Same truck. But a 3 inch suspension with a 1 inch body lift should fit a 37" tire pretty comfortably. Back in the day 4" suspension and 1 inch body was prime for running those tire sizes, but I knew a few people running the 4" suspension with them without issue other than slightly catching the back of the front fender on really aggressive tires. There's not as many options as there once was. But there's definitely options out there for us Hummer boys
Air lockers!!! It needs air lockers! And it looks sick! You could actually go nuts if th3 engine dies and put a 5.3 or a 6.0 v8 under the hood, go for 37s on aftermarket wheels and air lockers. Yeah, a lot of money, but you got the thing for 700 bucks, you can porñur some money knto kt and turn it into an Alpha edition killer with some of tjose mods. Imagine, a 6.0 making 360hp, air lockers (air hose for inflation and deflation), a set of aftermarket wheels and a nice camera system to always know what is in front, behind and on each side of the vehicle. That sounds like the best build ever for a truck like this
For my Jeep Comanche I had made a 2inch lift front and back! 1) front - on top of spring leafs we designed a 2 inch round spacer (PVC) and mounted them. Cost € 50,00 each. 2) Back: I went to a manufacturer of blad leafs. They dismantled the leafs and bow each leaf to reach 2inch (done cold) cost € 50,00 each. And put them back on. So for € 200,00 I had a 2inch lift all around. Maybe this could also work for the Hummer H3
I put american racing wheels in mine just the simple black drilled holes. 130 a piece. they look great simple, clean and work.
I can’t believe I actually now like that truck!! Looks awesome with the tires and no steps!!!
Any Hummer related content is awesome
Those freaking tires totally transformed the look of the truck it looks great Yeah by a wheel cover cover up the spare tire
I agree about the wheels; those ones aren't too bad.
Awesome looks a whole lot better great video thanks for sharing
I was lucky enough to get my hands on a used, but fantastic condition Rancho lift for my H3. Haven't found the time to install it yet, but I'm excited

Sweet, thanks for watching!
Keep tire you got on there for the spare tire , and buy a wheel cover... and put the wheel cover on Tire... and then that'll be the end of your problem ... plus it's a lot cheaper.... and yes yours $800 Hummer is looking really good, I got six grand in mine . $800 is a lot better than 6000,,,, that's what I paid for mine and yours is just as good-looking as mine LOL
Let’s go!! Loving the h3 content!

Awesome tip! I may not have shown it clearly but I did soap them up prior to mounting on the wheels.
Add a 1" body lift $200 to give you even better look and room for tires.

I've been considering it! Luckily these tires don't rub but if I go bigger I'll probably do the body lift.

Considering it for sure. Visually they aren't at a terrible angle right now but we'll see what happens long term.
Ill be at Carlyle June 23/24 hope to meet you there
Happy to hear y’all think the lean is stupid as well!
I always line the yellow dots up with the valve stem to help with balancing. For what its worth. My mayflower balancer wont balance anything over a 31" tire, drives me crazy. Hummer looks way better now!

Do you actually notice a difference with the balancing with lining up the dots? I have done a bunch of tires both ways and never noticed much of a difference. Yeah this is the first big set I've tried on there and it didn't work at all but I'm not surprised.

On a good machine I would, not on ours. For home use though, I can't complain. I will chase weights forever on anything over 31". I bought a brand new 15" steel rim and tire for calibration. That helped alot. Your favorite company, Copart has a yard 2 miles from me. Illinois laws sucks. I can't buy anything without a clean title. Have to have a rebuilders and dealer license to buy any funny title ones. Guys from Chicago come in and hook 3 together and off they go, it's a sight to see. Lol.
Rattle can the hubs gun metal grey
much better
How big are those tires and how much do they cost
Amazing what a set of large tires will do for a vehicle.

Link for the tires?
Several places have 3" lifts for 500-$700

Unfortunately those are just torsion key lifts and they'll cause broken axles, I could still do a small body lift though if I wanted to go up to even larger tire but I'm happy with what I have for now.
Wow. Those old tires were "slightly" bald. Looks good now.

Haha yeah I can't figure out why it got stuck in the mud in the previous video 🤣
You need to be careful with tires. They have to be symmetrical. Otherwise they’re gonna fuck your damn axles in your tire rods up. And they become warp from sitting in the wharehouse throughout the years in the heat

I don't think we will be doing the Hummer run but I think we are going to join the Hummer club when they go to the AOAA off road park.c
I would expect the inside of the truck tires to be worn more, not the outside
I have the same tires on my Avalanche. They literally do not wear down

$700.? You bought this from your father or something? 😂

Haha no, originally bought it with no title and had a bad transmission. Luckily the owner found the title later so it worked out.

Oh yeah you're good, let me know how the paint comes out 🤣🤣🤣
You can absolutely NOT run 37s with no rubbing regardless of if you crank the torsion bar keys or not. That’s comical that anyone would say that. I own an H3, and you just simply can’t run a 37 without a lift or significant rubbing
