As a new Dad I’ve found I’ve been living in hoodies. Usually rock a xl tall in most hoodies but went with a XXL for a baggier fit. Mulled berry color for 12 bucks! Thank you for an awesome review.

Another good brand is Gildan, their hoodies are cheap $10-$15 bucks easily replaceable and warm 👍🏽

Hanes Co. has definitely changed manufacturing materials on some items [Especially in hoodies], maybe to save money, sadly the materials are not the same. Hopefully one day they bring the good quality material back. I'm lucky to have 2 old hoodies. I have about 2 years with them and the material continues to shine even if I wash them. I ordered 6 different types of hoodies online and returned them all because the materials are not of good quality, like before. Honest experience.

not gonna lie lol just ordered this and searched reviews on the tube and found yours mann.. better than spending 114 on a nike tech sweater that after washing over n over I'm half to replace it

This hoodie is the most crappy hoodie -- that's actually still kinda maybe worth getting. It feels *so* cheap, but not like it's goin to fall apart. probably the thin material and being like 50/50 cotton poly. I like the fit, but I'm scared to wash it. Definitely won't be drying on hot. May even have to * *gulp* * hang dry. For $6 more (but not on Amazon Prime) than the $17 it is now, the Independent heavyweight hoodie is lightyears ahead in build and feel. However! Their sizing is much larger. Probably go down a size from what your Hanes size would be. The Hanes small on me would be great if it were shrunk to its size. The Independent small swallowed me (it's not the 90s and I'm not gen Z). For reference I'm a tad over 5'9" and right around 140 lbs. I just shrunk the Independent hoodie in the wash, but haven't tested it yet. If it's still too big I may try the XS. Seems the other 2 cheap and readily available on Amazon hoodies are the Jerzees 996 Nublend and Gildan 18600 (I'm going from memory). Also, the hoodie in the video is the Hanes Ecosmart at I think 7.8oz. Then Hanes has a heavyweight, which I think is 9.5oz, for not much more.

It seems like there’s nothing really wrong with it. It doesn’t from what you’re telling me. It doesn’t break easy or anything like that. I’m just trying to buy it for fashion.
