The Cheapest DIY Shop/Garage Setup On Youtube!!!! | Cost Breakdown
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Its been 3 years in the making but I'm finally done with my little budget shop/garage project. The most shocking thing to me is that it all only cost $5,500 which is a reasonable budget for most folks. I never intended for it to be so functional, but here I am restoring and building cars with it, so I guess it actually works.

Yo what size is the car port?
Thoroughly enjoyed this normal guy's garage tour that I'm sure most folks like myself can relate to! I worked out of a similar setup for over a decade. Please show us some more about your cars as well if possible.

“Pretty solid”? Bro what? This is perfect.
Lmao 🤣 So true how a lot of high end pricey companies will give you minimal "discounts" like $50. off Reality is you have a very well designed shop with some quality tools/equipment to get the job done 👍🏽

Really nice setup!!!
I follow obsessed garage. They do some sick builds. Your garage is very functional bro. I like it and the cars.
Supercool channel!!! I’m with you man!!!
Great video, especially the intro!
That's a pretty awesome setup, man. Very efficient looking, without a lot of "fluff" stuff that you don't need. It has me reconsidering how I plan on doing my first shop when I buy my house soon. That's actually reassuring to know you only spent ~5500 dollars. I've got a few things to start with, but now I gotta watch your video on the building itself. I'm very impressed, man. You're killing it.

Thanks a lot for the kind words. I decided to make these vids specifically for folks like you, that are creating your own setup and may need a few ideas or a few ways to stay on a tight budget.
Love the shop! I also love Husky tools, for the price they are hard to beat. If I could go back in time I would have got their biggest tool set to start my career instead of piecemealing everything over years.
Great video ! Subbed / would love a setup like yours , looks great

Awesome set up!!
I love this one. I don't have at least 10% of these so you are so lucky.
Awesome video. So much more impressive than those "here is my million dollar shop, I don't have tools, I use an appropriate mechanic to do my maintenance" videos. Nice setup!

Bro the best KZread video 👊🏾
inspiring me to just drop the ball and get a little car port and everything going to get away from the bugs and sunlight/cold weather.
Dude, this is a great set up! The family and I just got into our new house and I have been watching all sorts of "garage set up" videos. Ha, most of which are pretty unrealistic like you were mentioning. This is easily my favorite set up. I am looking forward to getting my new garage set up. Haha, also looking forward to making a "welcome to my new garage video" for my small community to watch. I definitely need to invest in that quick jack too. Great video, you have another sub! Cheers!

I gotta say. Very very slick dude. Something along the lines what I’d like to do. Mine will get a wood stove.
Lamborghini.. You sir are a comedian!! I enjoyed this video.
This is a great garage!
I subscribed within a minute of watchign your video , you have a humor only a regular guy can understand lmao
Looks great!
Dude that's an awesome set up, my garage is a mile away from my house, but tall enough to make a second floor which I'll be doing in the coming weeks. Plan on recording it and making it my first real youtube video.
Nice set up. DIY automotive work is how we save $$ from expensive labor repairs. Kudos
love the smart use of space
Great VIDJA ! Real World,, down to earth , Useful Information, & ....... HIGHLY ENTERTAINING ! ❤️🏴☠️🎥💯%👍🏻🇺🇸. 🇨🇦👌!
Nice little set up
Miss the vids man, need to come out with more.
Those car ports are great. And even better is the metal buildings on eBay. I started where you did and upgraded too a full metal garage stuck my carport next too it. Great setups
@Tate.TopG.

I didn't know you could get metal building from Ebay? I am sure it's as expensive as those company selling them.
@BankruptBros
2 жыл бұрын
I’ve personally never dealt with any of the companies eBay selling stuff like this. Usually I’d rather go with a local company that would come out and build it for you. But that doesn’t really exist locally to where I am right now. But you seem to have had a good experience with eBay so I’ll give them a try in the future
Dude I started off with a small harbor freight rollcart and worked my way up to what I have in my home garage. Some of the tools you have I have the Lowes version in my garage.
Hes got that ChrisFix HD setup in his garage!
Holy shit man, that looks sick!!! I'd love to build something like this. I'm fortunate to be renting a place with a tall two car garage but it leaks hella water lol.
Still awesome, there something nice about simple no fuss setups.
Funny, info generous...Thank you
That’s pretty badass dude 😳. Throw a roll up door on the from and that’s one of the “big KZreadr garages” in my opinion
Lovin it! Basic. Easy. Not 100k invested. Very Mobile if need be. Guna do kina the same with a hobo freight carport deal and a concrete slab.

Finally, a garage setup for the normal wrench junkie. 😂 great intro, too.
New York temp preserves everything and I feel for you on the snow, but I kinda envy the fact that it probably won't get above 87° F in there. Here the top 3 feet of space would be for metal objects only. A/C or two required. But you have such a great attitude and sense of humor, I subbed.

Your right, even on really hot 90 plus days its not too bad in there with a fan. That being said I do want to move to the south and I wonder which is worse to deal with. Really hot days and a high electric bill or the freezing cold and snow. The biggest downside for winter here imo is the salt on the road.
Not a big car guy but everything having all the tools and everything setup in a clean convenient and organized why tickles my autism in a good way
Awesome set up

This is such a dope setup, especially for a DIY! Is there any way you could elaborate more on how you power everything? I know you went over the computer power supply, but does that power everything including the lights? And does it need to be recharged? The reason I ask is because I’m always flipping the breakers in my apartment’s garage and finding a different power source would be awesome! Love the video, brother!

Yea it was the bane of my existence when I had to dig through a tool bag just to find the 10 mil or a screw driver. My biggest issue at the moment is that with such a small space I always have to set aside time to cleanup so it stays that way or it gets ridiculously messy real quick
@cmproductions7234

@@BankruptBros same way, I have a small space. I find that I get stuff and parts I want to keep but don't have enough room for it. Cleaning up is a good practice always though. I've seen big shops become useless real fast.
