And risk thrashing the set up, yeah not a chance, also I won't be angry, I would be grateful to set such a target, relating to that solo player scoring 23 so no, I won't, also these things happen, but NOT ALL THE TIME!

3:02 Mark actually tied a record (on the first American version) in terms of steps and time needed to answer questions in another episode; it happened to be his birthday at the time. kzread.info/dash/bejne/hmdk2a2LerOphJs.html
So much for first answer first, before Lennox Lewis !!!!
Could you upload solo player’s scoring 20+?

3:55 he actually got an answer wrong but Bradley/producer let him off. It wasn’t Germany that won 90 World Cup it was West Germany. There was an east Germany team at the time, so just saying Germany isn’t enough

In several occasions, Bradley would often accept the nearest answer similar to the actual one, which in this case though it is exactly West Germany, Bradley would still accept Germany as the answer. This is quite commonly done in The Chase.

@@nimallanjayabalan yeh but not to the chasers. He should say “I need more”

@@TheJohnCooperShow I don't think Bradley would even consider in that moment to ask the Chaser he need more or different answer, when he was in fact rushing through multiple questions. "West Germany" still has the word "Germany" and it is possible he may blindly accepted it as the answer.

@@nimallanjayabalan That is true for the earlier seasons. Nowadays, though, adjudication is strict enough that if you answered “France” when the answer was “French”, for example, it would be counted as *wrong.* In the case of Germany vs. West Germany…I think Bradley would certainly have to ask for “More please” in 2023 standards. It wouldn’t get bupped immediately, but the clarification would be needed. In any case, they can always stop recording and go back if necessary *:)*

@@T6448_P2 The problem is Bradley did not asked for more. And this is not the 2023 standard. I have already replied to the other person that Bradley may have blindly accepted "Germany" as the answer instead of West Germany. Or it is possible the answer that was with him showed only "Germany", not "West Germany" and Bradley may not have realized the actual answer was "West Germany" at the time, so he went on with it. I knew it was "West Germany", I knew it was the wrong answer but what was done, was done.

If you’re referring to Anne’s 25 step catch, that was in Series 3, the same series she caught 26.

@@gameshowclips How come it isn't on the series 1-5 video then, I think that's what he meant?

@@henrymanley4116 because it wasn’t the highest target catch in Series 3.
Well done mark. However, He did say " Evander" then Lennox lewis. That would have changed the game.

I love Brad but he’s not consistent with his speed in asking questions. On occasion here, with MB, he’s so fast he’s barely understandable.
how does brad, and the producers, not know that its obvious that when he says "corrrrrrrect" he is intentionally wasting time?????
