Cantonese sounds like it's pronounced as "gaau2" in the video, with a long vowel, but should be short vowel, as in the correct romanization
at 1:35 what software are you using?

Sorry for the late reply! We just used our usual video editing software, Camtasia. There are versions of the characters that exist separately so we just transitioned between those :)
