A bit yeah

As you can see, Chaotic Gore Magala is a Gore that couldnt fully transform into a Shagaru Magala and as such is stuck in an awkward in between. What you may not know is that Chaotic Gores live in constant state of unimaginable pain, agony and constant stress, hunting them is kinda a mercy for them at this point

As far as I was told it. The one that becomes Shagaru Magala makes the other Gores unable to also become Shagaru. Basically culling its own population to ensure the survival of the species. Since more Shagaru would destroy the ecosystem or something.

I wish it didn't take so long for monsters to unleash their respective ultimate attack, topples and flash/trap-locking is so easy. I mean... using the tools available to you is part of the strategy and natural objective. I think the monsters only really get to go beast mode and use their ultimates consistently on anomaly quests, so I guess that's nice.

I agree, it should be throughout the whole fight. We only do no buffs until we beat it as a little challenge. Otherwise we get spiribirds if needed. If that's what you were referring to

@@AXIDIUS wasn't necessarily speaking about the spiribirds, but on that topic, I do really love your no-spiribirds challenges, adds that extra spicy to the hunt and makes them very entertaining!! And I hard agree, I wish ultimate attacks had a more constant presence in regular hunts, and not a rare ocurrence, things like Garangolm's ultimate are super badass, but not a common sight unfortunately

About time you realized charge attack chaining in Courage Mode is the best playstyle. Chaining charge attacks in Courage Mode with Impact Burst active using an elemental Hammer has been the meta for all of Sunbreak, and the elemental scaling got even better in Title Update 3!

I can see hopefully in the future they have a chaotic gore fight that when he’s close to death, he’s able to shake off the suppression and successfully molt into a new shagaru with a full health bar. Call it awakened shagaru or something. That could be cool. A double hunt with one monster

Do you use keeping sway at all? Pretty great s on that move. What I do is keep it on my main scroll and IC on my off scroll. Switch to my off scroll when the monster is downed for that big damage.

Yeah I switched to keeping sway on both scrolls. I'm trying out impact burst instead of IC at the moment. Keeping them on separate scrolls is a good idea though.

Beat him alone it Was alot of fun i love his fight and them and the lore behind him

@@AXIDIUS yeah it is Not even that hard just be carefuly He has a Supernova that caught me offguard and nearly ended my run its a big ball of dragonblight that explodes in a big area didnt seen it in your though but you will find it out Edit: if you see a HUGE pile of the purpele mist get out of that that is the attack and it will oneshoot you i had full health with full spiritbirds and still got oneshoot
