mullets for the win
Thanks.
Thank you
Great video and information.
Scenario and not far fetched: The outdoor Ring camera shows multiple (2 or more) people with weapons leaving a neighbors yard and come to your driveway. They proceed up with AR type weapons and attempt to get into the unoccupied car. At what point is self-defense kicking in? This one has me stubbed a bit. The Castle Doctrine extends to our homes, car, business but all are when occupied. But seeing multiple individuals coming up a driveway seems like there’d be some sort of extension to not even let them in the door. I don’t think i’d have the legal backing to leave my front door or aim away from my home.
Thanks for this very useful info.
This was helpful.
What kind of leeway is given to vulnerable individuals such as women and elderly? Would you please consider addressing this issue? I appreciate your channel. Thanks!
My best friends wife had to shoot an intruder the other week while alone with her child in Washington. He attempted to break through 4 windows but was not able to break through both layers of glass but was successful on the 5th when he then attempted to enter and she shot him.
Has any of this changed? Any updates on this would be greatly appreciated. 👍🏽
Reasonable, There in lies the Rub.
Best example I remember was a guy at Westlake Mall in downtown Seattle a few years now… Just minding his own business. Guy comes over and attacks him for no reason. Good guy defends himself and uses his conceal carry. Done. Case law for the win.
Just make sure the criminal you shot isn't CONNECTED and is a son of a judge etc and you have 100,00.00 to pay a good criminal attorney. Then, maybe In Washington State ,you may not be making Collect calls from prison. Try and find out if the person you are going to have to shoot to protect yourself from is "Connected". Prosecutors get to choose who they want to charge and it maybe you.!
Whoa... So there's no castle doctrine in the state of WA. As soon as I heard "right to be there" joined with "invited into someone's home", that means no castle doctrine. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've always understood that castle doctrine means that even if you invite someone into your home, you can change your mind, and eject them, using whatever means necessary to do so.
A guilty verdict should displace the position of dominant force, which never actually comes as a surprise to anyone.
Remember folks, DemonRAT prosecutors can charge you for anything they want, and you can be damn sure they will claim your force was unreasonable unless you take a substantial amount of injury before acting.

Interesting. With a leg that is about half stainless steel and doesn't move well, flight for me is a slow limp away. Running is not an option.
