On the 15th of April, 1989, 94 football fans were killed during the Hillsborough disaster (and another 3 in the aftermath). Anne Williams, whose 15 year-old son Kevin sadly lost his life that day, spent the rest of her life campaigning. Anne’s story is now to be told in new ITV factual drama ‘Anne’, set to air next year. Today we are joined by award winning actress Maxine Peake who will play Anne and ‘Little Boy Blue’ star Stephen Walters who will play Anne’s husband, Steve Williams.
