'The Case for Municipal Reparations' What are Federal Reparations? - Historian, Michael Imhotep speaks to The Detroit Reparations Task Force 3-2-24
Historian, Michael Imhotep, host of 'The African History Network Show', delivered a presentation on March 2nd, 2024 to The Detroit Reparations Task Force on this subject. Both 'Municipal Reparations' and 'Federal Reparations' are needed but we have to understand the difference between the two and why they are needed. Also discussed wast the California Reparations Task Force 1,000 page Final Report and what Evanston, IL did in 2021 which led the way for Municipal Reparations.
The Detroit Reparations Task Force is charged will developing recommendations for Housing and Economic Development programs that address Historical Discrimination against the African American community in Detroit. Detroit as well as the State of Michigan don't have a deep history of Slavery.

    Telling Africa history is a good than than anything else why has been forgotten non tell it ,so good work ,how wonderful work and keep nobody else will tell it but us black people's.like my comments thumbs up me like it.
