In this series we are going to try the maximum weight challenge in which we are going to keep durability maxed, severely hampering our performance. We will be playing hard difficulty, to make it a bit more interesting.

I hope the new game is not that red-flag heavy. It seems every other race is red-flagged in my current save.
Will developing Hadjar be another side quest that you stick with, like pit stops this season, e.g. give him FP1s? If so, it would’ve been nice to see you upgrade the race sim to level 5 ahead of the new season (if it isn’t already). Still enjoying how this save is more realistic thanks to the weight disadvantage.

I could see it being a fun sidequest, but it is going to be heavily dependent on how we perform in the second season. I'll be aiming at giving him FP1 for development for sure.
I just started an Alpine season with F1 Manager 2022. I decided to go to an all Frenchish team, Leclerc, Gasly and Pourchaire (Res). Currently sitting in 3rd in the championship for the first season, however doing some good development and hoping to do better in 2023 :)
