just this.....her energy was in her love for the drums, the song, her brother and the reaction to the performance as a total. with very seious eyes ....she asked me after the show .."how was it.....did you like the show?".......of course it was wonderfull, and fortunate to be back stage after the show and meet her and richard, i responded ...."it was great, i really wanted to see your drum solo , being a former drummer" serious agai, those beautiful brown eyes looked back at me and said sioftly "did you like it .......?" i told her i was very impressed , and in some drummer luage metioned how her "double paradidle ...16 stroke snare drum rolls were tremendious " grabing my arm , pulling her close she exclaimed "thank you, thank you, thanku" and gave me this huge hug and a kiss on my cheek" her smile could have melted the entire north pole and my heart. standing close was richard , and karen called away for a quick newspaper interview , said to me "well, you sure made her evening" we talked awhile about the show in general , and the fact he and i both loved the beatles and fast cars. karen returns , and stands by herself as richard and i keep talking.......she is smiling and then the road manager says time to go,,,,we must leave another exit....too many crowded around back stage exit, she looks at me and says , come on, your going with us" again i told her how enjoyable the show was and she replys as she slips her arm in mine like being escorted ...."really glad you came" i said "so am i , tonight was the best part of the day. " at which she and others all laughed. then off to the limo .....rush.....folks found out their escape. before the limo drove away , karen leaned across the back seat to wave ,...with richard.......seeing me she gave that smile again , and finger to her lips blew a kiss ......i have kept that kiss in my h , with a passing angel.........nothing sader than , the possibility of what might have been,,,,,,,,, a moment of forever,,,,,,,thank you thank you , thank you , karen C..............

I don't understand how you can have so much fame, talent, money, and beauty, and not be able to comprehend any of it. She was a one in a billion talent, and still didn't think she was good enough. Despite all the accolades and adoring fans. It just blows my mind.

It was ingrained in her growing up that she was just backup for Richard and an afterthought to her mother. Right there had the monstrous power to set her up to try the rest of her life to get control back. But I have yet to see such uncanny power in her death and legacy. Richard misses her every day.

She started out so quiet I could barely hear her. After she got more comfortable she got a bit louder, but throughout the performance I can hear that hushed tone here and there. I so wish I could have seen them in concert. I was only 9 when Karen passed.

She had a sad sounding voice, don't you think? She had a sorrow to her sound. Beautiful!

I did missed her angelic voice! Up until now I still think of Karen was an angel sent from above or probably took human form to give us how and what angels can give us in their heavenly music for us nankind to listen and appreciate!!
