The 740il by a long shot. Prolly the best looking car ever made

Love this car and I'm a merc guy. Design wise it has the same feel as the R129 SL. The kinda wall street looking, sleek badassness.

Great video, but i dont think ecu tuning will do much to N/A, tuning potential might be after adding supercharger or turbo

You can still get a small amount of hp on stage1. For example on my N/A 520i you get around 15hp and your fuel consumption is lowered by 10%. That's a win/win situation in my books.

@@HarisCars Win win for sure i dont want to start argument, but gotta admit Turboed engines are efficient to ecu remaps, my example i have 1.8t and by basic remap "stage 1" gained 50hp and 80nm

@@HarisCarsreally good platform, for such little money offers good amounth of fun, reliability wise i cant really complain car gets abused 😅 just had to replace stuff that aged as belt, water pump, some hoses. I’d buy that engine again for sure.

This was so much better than the current 8 series. Todays version is a 5 series coupe with the price of an S class

To be honest I like the new 8 series, but they are overpriced when buying new.

@@HarisCars well I also think it's the best current bmw (and well designed) but it misses specialness. As a 6 series it would be okay, but an 8, I expect top tier luxury of bmw. Not even massage seats as an option or any quirky feautures like no b pillars. Imagine list price of the thing is well over 200'000 Euros if you spec it with options. An S class coupe had much more to offer. Same pricing as an M5 would have been accaptable, but then again there's the 8 series gran coupe, fairly no difference to an m5 beside the design. In my opinion bmw missed an opportunity, but never the less still a great car, get a lot for the used price with low mileage
