Get in the driver’s seat. It’s all more intuitive from there. Seats on the V are 18-way seats. Also, just like the Blackwing, you can get the Sueded Microfiber Interior package. The one difference is that the Blackwing the sueded microfiber also covers the door. I think it’s better as on the headliner, pillars and visors. The V is essentially the replacement for the V-Sport on the CTS, and the V Blackwing is the replacement for the old CTS-V with the V-8.

They should have put the 3.6 in this one but the 3.6 had timing chain issues..thats why 3.0 turbo is better appropriated

Th8s particular example with its orange color and interior trim color was really well put together imo.

This is a very nice and sporty car! I cross shopped this and Genesis G70 3.3t RWD. This was my first choice of car. I test drove it and really enjoyed the driving dynamics and comfort of this car BUT, Cadillac only had the one on the lot and it happened to be fully loaded…msrp $65k, then the salesman starts to tell me in addition they need to tint the car, paint protection etc and dealer mark up drove this to $70K!!! They weren’t willing to negotiate because “this model is in demand”…which I understand but damn! He also told me the next one they get will be 4-6 months! I told him I’ll be in touch. I then went to Hyundai and saw the G70. Salesman tells me it’s the only one on lot and it’s fully loaded 3.3 twin turbo, RWD, brembo, lsd, hud, etc. Go for a drive and impressed because similar to driving dynamics of CT5V. Msrp is $55K but they of course added stuff too which ballooned to $62K…they were willing to negotiate but in this day and age it seems for these luxury/sport cars you can’t get for just msrp…I was able to get it down to $58K out the door. I’m really enjoying it! 👍🏼

I am literally going to buy this car on Wednesday!

Btw, this model power specs for 3.0 twin turbo v6 are 360 hp/405 torque with 10 speed automatic; 0-60 mph 4.9 sec and 1/4 mile 13.3 sec at 106 mph (motortrend).

Add a dyno tune to it and it will be at least 400hp! My C6 Corvette LS3 is not my daily, so that's why i made sure to get a manual, because it's much more fun to drive!

I've watched a dozen reviews of this car and you're the only one to mention the red stitching and the red in the carbon fiber. Good eye! Cool car!

I have that car in Midnight Steel Metallic. Someone ordered it and withdrew their deposit and I got lucky. I drive in track mode. Love the exhaust sound.

I have an XT5 premium luxury V6 & love it. I'm looking @ one of these w/ a manual transmission, maybe CT4 or 5 to compliment the XT. 61,000 is a great price, they cheaper out the interior just a bit but nice anyway.

You'll have to get a Blackwing if you want a manual.

I own that exact car, and I love it. 360 HP is more than enough for 95% of my driving.

They should have put the 3.6 V-Series motor inside but it had timing chain issues and a little heavy it used to push 420..guess 3.0 liters are effective 😊

Had a 21 C8. Traded to a CT4 V BW manual, now I have orange CT5 V . Just the perfect combination of all three. It is such a composed comfortable car . Cadillac has a way with cars these days. Just a total package. Ps. Don’t let girlfriend drive it. Curbed both right side tires and bent RF rim and knocked alignment out of spec.

No spare Cadillac should be run flats Michelin tires. When I got my CT5 V asked and the tires are run flats. Like you got the two tone leather seats I got them same seats color. Nice!

Dang man, no one has ever explained what makes the burbling and popping sound in the exhaust before listening to you on this video. I was skeptical about your explanation so I fact checked it - fact check TRUE! You know your car stuff :-)

CT5 V6 is ok for 61,000 dlls ...... but i wish an V8 !!
