I was expecting comments from abuyog and lingganay to flood on their sinulog videos. Pero nakikita ko dito na ang nagkakalat ng lagim ang catbalogan fans. Indeed halatang ngayon LANG ATA nakaplace. Kahit anong sabihin niyo irrevocable na ang resulta sa sinulog. CONGRATS sa lahat na nakadaug!!!!

sa mga nagsasabi dyan na mas deserving yung tribu katblaugan, hindi lang naman yan sinusukat sa paramihan ng props at tyaka maraming sablay sa tribu katbalaugan hindi lang obvious sa video. pero sa uniqueness, musicality at ganda ng theme and concept dagdagan pa ng smiling at energetic dancers ng buyogan, panalong panalo sila. at teka hindi ako taga Abuyog ha?

maganda ang buyogan. Yes, it lacks impact but overall, they still deserve the title. Lingganay could have done better but they made a lot of flaws, unfortunately. Many people won't understand, let us accept it. :)

in a dancer's perspective, its normal for them to fight their contingent to be the champion of the competition. in a competitor's perspective, we should always put in our mind that in a competition , some will win the others will lose. in a judge's perspective, what he thinks had shown an outstanding performance and depicted what sinulog really is will be his bet for the top prize. we always fight and say blah blah should've won, blah blah paulit-ulit na concept, blah-blah pareho sila sa blah blah contingent. remember, we have diff. perspective but we should also remember to remain positive..after all, sinulog was known as a fair competition..

I really hate close ups especially for a performance meant for a wider view. These performances are purposely choreographed to be watched as a whole.

Buti pa yung Tribu katblaugan first timer, pero grabe yung mga hiyawan ng mga peps. malakas loob ko na kinaawaan lang yung buyogan dahil na Yolanda. mahamak kasi c yolanda...

zhenx nhonx ang sabi nang pinsan ko nung mag pe-performe na daw sila, hinarang sila ng taga tribu boyugan muntik na nga raw mag kagulo. at nung naliligo daw sila d din sila pinapaligo ng mga taga leyte.tataka ako kung bakit insecure sila samantalang lahat ng panalo nasa kanila malakas talaga loob ko na ang Tribu Katbalaugan ang panalo.

Amber John : You know what? Buyogan Festival really appreciates festivals spexally Tribu Katbalaugan if you'll try to check their facebook page. and about what you said na "same pa rin ang story line", I think you should better research more dito sa youtube from 2007 performance of buyogan up to now kung kelan ibinalik ng buyogan ang story line nila. :) Step Fort : Please watch the previous videos of buyogan festival nung first pa lang na nagperform sa mga major festivals kung kinaawaan lang po ba. :) I believe na standing ovation sa inyo yung crowd pero sana naman natanong niyo din po sa sarili ninyo kung "sa inyo lang ba talaga nagstanding ovation ang crowd?" :) Besides, nagcompare na din lang naman kayo ng festival niyo sa buyogan, :) I agree na original po ang concept ng Tribu Katbalaugan but please observe more and do not focus on props in your final conclusion, include also the dance routine, storyline and production. :D

Diri talaga nadawat sit iba it kapirdihan. Maupay talaga an overall performance. By the way, kung feeling niyo kinaawaan lang yong Abuyog dahil sa Yolanda, doon kayo magreklamo sa mga naging hurado or sa Sinulog Foundation. Palibhasa UNSATISFIED kayo dahil natalo "BET" niyo. Masyado kayong BITTER!

kaya nga eh. kung umaga lang nag performe panalo sana kasi colorful yung mga suot at yung props,at kung pagbabasihan yung hiyawan at standing ovation ng mga tao.sure 100% winner.. Dapat kasi di taga rito yung judge dapat galing sa ibang bansa.
