We chat with Jeff Fullwood, about his immaculately restored World War two Chev-Blitz that is a replica of the one used by the legendary Birdsville Mail Man Tom Kruse. Jeff tells us about his reenactment run from Adelaide up the Birdsville track and on through the Simpson desert to the Road Transport Hall of fame at Alice Springs.

Great video and story, I've been restoring, driving and enjoying CMPs aka Canadian Military Pattern aka Blitzes for 40 years great series of vehicles. If you follow along on their history you will learn a lot about Canadian and Australian and Commonwealth Nations roles in the Second World War. Cheers Phil
