Also I would love it if your book club would read books other then East-Asian books. A lot if times when people talk about Asia they generally only talk about East Asia and South Asia is completely ignored the book/authors so reading those and the representation that it would bring would be so amazing.

I'm Indian so I don't directly relate to everything, but I do understand the effects of imperialism that has stil effects to this day. And the effect of different invasion.

I'm so excited to watch this

Highly disagree with the politics discussed but the books where amazing and rebecca kuang is an amazing writer.
