Not many people know this bun recipe! It's so delicious you can cook it every day! Your family and guests will love this simple recipe! The buns turned out soft and delicate! Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover and leave for 5-7 minutes to activate the yeast.
Mix well again.
1 egg.
80 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a wooden spatula.
Add another 200 g of wheat flour.
Mix the dough with a spatula.
Flour.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 40 minutes.
The dough rose well. As airy as a cloud 👌.
Knead the dough.
Form a ball.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Cut with a pizza cutter.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Form the buns.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
I'll show you how to shape the buns again.

Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 20-25 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool slightly.
The buns turned out soft and delicate!

I have a couple questions. I am not a baker, but I have always wanted to make Cinnamon rolls. Would your recipe work for that? Some places put on a delicious frosting, would you know the recipe? Also, I bet it is important to use s sifter rather than just pooriy in the floor. Yous looks easily , and very delicious
