The BRAND NEW 2018 Range Rover Supercharged Is PERFECT! (when it works)

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Instagram: @eddiex616
The 2018 Range Rover refresh is amazing, improving on an already great luxury SUV. updated styling with new headlights and taillights, and an infotainment system that finally is up to industry standards, I really can't find many things to complain about this vehicle...except one issue that we discuss in the upcoming ownership perspective video...

We have had a autobiography sport since 2014 and we just sold it not one problem the whole time. We have now just purchased this exact model vehicle in this video and I’d say Range Rovers have become significantly more reliable over the years.

Your car looks scary but beautiful! Land Rover, Range Rover. King of the road. Just picked up my 2018 Supercharged baby last week. The car/truck does everything well and you feel like you're floating on air. Also, it has a growl like a T. Rex as it takes off or accelerates. Is the car you're driving santorini black or narvik black?.

I'm from California and have owned RR's for the past 25 yrs. They have gotten a lot more reliable, but I will trade it in for a new one as soon as the warranty is done. Because it's freaking expensive w/o that back up. Yes, your right it doesn't see the rough edges of the Sahara or anything like that. The most I've done is to raise it up so I can get it over someone's driveway. I have taken it to the hills, but that's Beverly and Hollywood. Does that still count as roughing it? If you were to compare it to a G wagon, it's roomier and more plush. Plus the drive is better, you'll always feel like your going to tip over in a G wagon, as it's tall and narrow.

Range rovers have are just as reliable as the rest of the eurocars. I'd rather have a range rover over the German competitors. I know multiple people who own range rovers with over 150k miles with very little issues. As for Volvo, I wouldn't touch them even if you gave me one. They are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the luxury market.

You are correct, I had a 2016 RR Sport and leased it for 2 years. I would never own one as the depreciation is huge when you're going to sell it. SE versions are worse, but the biggest issue is the cost of ownership after the warranty runs out. Just to give you an example, replacement windshield on the RR sport $1800, brakes $1200+. Tires $1200+ and they only last for about 20000miles. Great SUV but, expensive to own.

NOYFB leasing is paying for depreciation so 1k/month is not that bad if you get a new car every 5 or less years. If you think about it 12k/yr for a 60/70k car is not that bad. You don't have to worry about out of warranty repair and just drive it and get a new one.

The range rover is my number one choice of vehicle but im scared to buy one. Even in 2018 they are STILL beaking down. I can't have that for this amount of money, either half your prices or pay more attention to your quality control. THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING in 2018 alot cheaper models have managed to lick the reliability issue. If you expect people to spend this amount of cash on a car at least make it reliable that should be the first priority and not how it looks

Interesting that he thinks these cars aren't ever used off road. They get used to go shooting on estates in the UK all the time - we couldn't have the Duke of Edinburgh getting bogged down when he goes out shooting at peasants, chavs and neds on their council estates, could we? That would never do.

That's pretty much all high end cars. Manufactures don't care if they break out of warranty. They only make them to make that first sale, not for 5-10 years down the road. The market buying these cars buys cars every few years for this excat reason.

Your title heading with the added "(when it works)" is really misleading, and kind of bullshit actually. You could essentially add that to any single review you post. If you don't, you have zero credibility as a reviewer. I won't bother watching this.

Man, I guess what they say about Suv guys are true, lol. What a bunch of sorry ass insecure pussies, you Range Rover fangirls. But hey, if you want to dump six figures into an exponentially depreciating asset for pavement queens that will die the moment it touches moisture, then be my guest. But let's be honest, none of the people in this thread actually have $100k+ to drop on a vehicle, you'd just lease this piece of shit for the 3 months it would work without a major repair and move on the next non-status symbol; like every other guy that drives a rover. You're the kind of people that own *a* 'Supreme' hoodie, or a Rolex Explorer II because its entry level luxury. Weekend golfers, old ladies, and mid-tier pension hunters desperate for validation unironically like the modern Range Rover brand. So, if you losers are good for anything, its to serve as a reminder to edit my original sentiment. What I should have said is: "Range Rovers are for people that 'pretend' to have money, while simultaneously not having any taste." Pathetic beyond belief.

cayenne turbo S is a monster, but is smaller, and not as luxurious. its fast and performs amazing, but I view that as a vehicle for a different purpose. Its also a lot more expensive, so I'll have to disagree on your cheaper comment.

It's AWD. 4WD means that you can intentionally set it into 2WD and select 4WD. This has permanent AWD. From the Range Rover website: Dynamics: All Wheel Drive Step 1 of correcting someone is making sure they're wrong.

Tim It’s Full Time 4WD with a Center and Rear Differential Lock. That’s what makes it different from regular 2WD then engage 4WD. Only Land Rovers and Toyota’s have Full Time 4WD. Nice try buddy I am a Land Rover Specialist and own many 👍🏼
