i love this scene because its a break from the dark and depressing world of The Boys but at the same time it also makes their depressing world even *sadder* because we realize it was all in kimikos head. It was only a dream, a dream of how kimiko *wishes* the world was.
"DOCTUER !!! SHE SPEAKS ! " makes me laugh every single time, that and his theater hands coming thru the door towards the end
Imagine the kid with cancer who's at the edge of death hearing this at the next door

The third season was sooo full of surprises and in a good way. I did not expect to see a scene like this. I have no idea how much I need this type of feeling in the middle of a dark show.
One of my favourite moments of the whole series ‼️‼️
In a series so full of gore and violence, seeing a moment this colorful and happy feels like a bucket of cold water... And I love it.
It was a nice dream no matter how brief.
her singing voice is literally amazing it’s actually crazy how she actually recorded this whole song for this scene
The boys season 3 really showed how a show can take risks and do different things and make it work, you have this scene which when I heard musical within season 3 I was like huh? And then you had black noirs back story being told through cartoon flash backs I was like wtlf but they both were pretty much highlights of the season
Screw the main characters. These two are the best couple. :D

bro i was wondering how she would sound and i was fearing her voice would sound weird like it didnt match the actor for kimiko did good in the new episode it matches

i didnt see this as them discovering that they wouldnt work, i saw this as frenchie being caught off guard and shy. kimmi was smiling at the end so i thought they would develop this new dynamic but no, they just decided to make frenchie in a gay relationship instead.

I believe Frenchie likes Kimiko because he clearly looked disappointed when she said that he’s like family to her after the kissed happened. Colin is probably a rebound and they won’t last (plus they don’t have much chemistry). I think the show runners are doing that because they’re planning something for Frenchie/Kimiko in season 5 (the last season) and they don’t want it to happen now because it would be better as an endgame kind of thing.
