Look for digital wellbeing or search for it with magnifying glass in settings. you will have the option to choose which days you want and time for your phone to activate the greyscale. It’s been helpful so far. Sometimes I forget and freak out that I’m color blind or something when it turns on after midnight. Hope this helps!

When I think about it, I can tell which of the two categories a book belongs. Saves a lot of space and money.
