Golden hands is a straight translation of the Italian saying "avere le mani d'oro" which means that since you have golden hands you turn into gold everything you touch. It means you are good at stuff: my Grandma used to say that when I cooked something tasty, when I gave her a hand massage for her artrites or when I got a good grade at school. It's an affectionate way to say that you have skills in something.

jebblottin92 kinda the opposite XD. I would compare it to Tinkerbell's gold dust: it enchantes all that it touches. It's similar: you have golden hands because the things you make are wonderful. It's said of good doctors, artists or anyone that displays good craftsmanship.

Yea, that's what I figured it meant. Obviously if they thought about it for a second they would have figured it out but they wanted to make fun lol. In English I think we just say "They have the magic (or golden) touch"

That story Gavin shared at 33:00 was absolute wonderful. His grandpa dropping his phone, crying to meet his grandson is, so adorable. I would really love more stories like that.

Buckley is such natural edition to the crew.

Geoff was talking about getting a toilet scrubber at a hotel. Having worked front desk at a resort, let me tell you that nobody would bat an eye. I've gotten calls from people asking for scrubbers, plungers, pretty much anything you can think of. "Yes sir, I'll bring it right up." No questions asked. We always had at least one from the housekeeping department until 11pm, so you could just call down and say "Hey, can you send someone to tidy up my bathroom?" No problem, they're getting paid hourly whether or not they need to clean. After midnight? No problem, I worked night audit and dealt with plenty of situations. We even had maintenance on call 24/7 for anything that couldn't be handled.

Matt White I work as a hotel manager, all our rooms have a toilet brush by default (to be fair, we're an independent hotel with only 17 rooms) and I think the boss is so OCD about keeping them clean, they get replaced every 2 months.

God this is one of the funniest AH videos I've seen, I really want to see James in more videos

This is why I love the live episodes, they always end up having the most ridiculous discussions - like talking about shit and it’s still very entertaining. Also, that ending story with Gavin and the cat had me in stitches 😂

james buckley fits so well with them. And even more so, it's the sweetest thing ever bc it's so obvious that he's a big fan of them but at the same time they are also all big fans of him!!

The "Betty bought a bit of butter" being said by the Scottish man was pry one of the funniest things I've seen in a minute.

Gavin that story was legitimately heartwarming, I loved it.
