Great stuff Mark. Growing our own is the best solution for veg. We had carrots and spring onions from our garden last night. Beautiful. Keep up the good work Fella.

I buy my fruit and vegetables from the local market, buy my meat from a butchers, get my milk delivered, started growing my own vegetables all be it very late and try to pay by cash where I can. I wish there was an independent supermarket near me but there isn’t, so I am stuck with that for the moment, but will keep looking. I also pay my gas and electricity bills by cash at the post office.

There is a reason why most homes have a small garden and you have just found it! small enough for a few kids to play or a greenhouse but not a deal more in most cases.

In 2020 for some strange reason i started to tax my car at the post office rather than the "convenient" online method, Honestly it was so much quicker! give them the renewal slip and the cash and that's it no log bug reference number, insurance or MOT certificate nothing, just cash n the reminder, since lare 2022 i have changed to the farmers market (its more one guy named Fred who go's round collecting the goods from local farmers then sells them all together from one location), then i nip over to Jan for my eggs which i used to get from Farm Foods, i now use my local Butcher named Sam and have a regular Wednesday order, where before i would be in Asda or at a push Tesco but i hate them. i still have pre pay gas n electric meters that i top up with cash but have started to install my own solar panels, currently have 1.6Kw up n running and another 2.4Kw to set up, our home phone and internet is also pay as you go and i pay that with cash. i only have a small garden but have some foods growing in it, Tomatoes Cucumber, potato, onion, chives, etc but nowhere near enough to last us 5 full time, my youngest (11) has a bit of garden where she was sweetcorn and popcorn growing along with some tumbling tomatoes a sunflower and some edible flowers i forget the name of, wish i could get rice pasta & spaghetti from somewhere else. but then i have to get extra large nappies regular for my v damaged 12 year daughter (cheers vaccines at 6 months old, Yeah i get bans for saying this on farce book), we doomed i think but i am sure we can drag the swines down with us far easier than people think we can. keep up the good work Mark.
