It’s part of the reason why CFB looks so good because if that game came out 2 years ago with how Madden’s Gameplay was it’d be horrible. TLDR: Madden hasn’t been a roster update in a minute. Good game is another discussion.

It's free. It's in early beta still. It was rebuilt from scratch. Moved from unity to UE4 then UE5. It can only improve. It already does a lot of things better than madden. It still needs a lot of work but in maybe a year it's going to be great. Like I said it's in beta and it's free

The nice thing is that the team editor is really good, so you can essentially make a UFL game. Would love to see someone do that along with an ELF seeason.

For so many who c.o on a game with a new compony that has been out for 1 month with the beta and are letting everyone to play the game for free and has done more than EA in their 20+ years says alot. Everyone who has played ea is basically playing a game with updated rosters. College footballb is coming out in july. Majority of us will be getting the game but then what???? We will have to spend another 70$ for updated rosters and a so call " new " stuff in the game. That is a loss in my opinion. And you will have maxi football which is free to play. And a community who will make college football teams for the next 3-5 years while some will loose 280$ or rven more to pay for packs. (70$×4 years).

Game had an updated beta and was extended a week. The fixed a lot of stuff and made some from that one week of beta. So you should try it again off cam or for content.

You are playing the beta that just had an update. Which means players are playing a little faster. If you had played the beta 2 weeks ago itwas much slower. Which is what ppl were complaining about.

The tackling reminds me of NFL Fever on the OG Xbox. The game is a long term beta, basically. It should get a lot better over time.

It’s very unfortunate for the developers of this game that CFB 25 is about to come out and Madden 25 looking like it’s about to get better. If Im remembering correctly they took a break in 2020 to try and refine the game and in that time frame CFB 25 was revealed. They didn’t really plan on that and I applaud them for still sticking through with it. It definitely looks better than the last version of the game they released, just an unfortunate situation for them.

Its weird now ea is deciding for everyone to now have costumazation in the game.. i wonder why????This shitty compony was scared that maxi will take over. Madden isn't improving that much. The graphics look good but gameplay is just renaming old features they removed and calling it now. This game is free. It's only in beta and will only improve over time. This is the worst it'll be and it already gets a lot right. It obviously needs work but it is on the right path.

I love the hits in this game

If this game came out in any year pre 2020 yall would be calling this a gem… 1. A small company made this 2. IT DOESN’T LOOK BAD. People complain about games not being fun no more but when a fun game comes out there’s something else to complain about

Its a free to play game that will allow me to make my own fantasy league. So im supporting it off rip. Its rough around the edges but its a small team and i respect the efforts. Less jank than Blitz the League 1 and 2 was and I loved those games.

When it's released on console I bet they will have a lot of the problems fixed and have a lot of new things added. I can't wait. I have faith in them. This game can give madden a run for their money if they fix the damn animations 😂😂😂 tackling animations way too fast, its impossible to run because its nothing but single player tackles it just look like the old 360 madden days when it was no gang tackles nothing but single player tackling lol they forgot to add breaking tackles animations and breaking ankles with jukes, stutter step and etc they add all that its over for madden.

They didn’t put it out earlier because like EVERYONE has said it’s A SMALL DEVELOPMENT TEAM making A FOOTBALL GAME compared to Electronic Arts 😂. Ofc it’ll take some time especially when they’re trying to improve from what they were putting out. Of course it feels clunky it’s not even out yet it’s a Beta.
