The BMW E39 door does not open from the outside. This problem arises because of
1. Problems related to the door lock mechanism.
2. With an outside handle.
3. By a cable that connects the handle of the outer side with the door lock mechanism.
In our case, the problem is not related to the lock mechanism and the handle of the outer side, since the door opens, just with difficulty, when the position of the handle of the outer side reaches the extreme position. This means that the problem may be related to the cable, which has become unbuttoned and longer over time, and as a result, the handle of the outer side cannot pull the lock mechanism up enough.
We tried several ways to shorten the cable
1. We rolled up the cable and Shortened the cable (it helped a little).
2. Shortened the cable - change the gear tooth
but without success. To solve the problem, you need to change the cable to a new one.
Attention: If the cable is too short, then after closing the door with a key or with a remote control, the door will no longer open. Be sure to check the door before assembling the cladding so that you can then remove the cable and open the door from inside.
Дверь BMW E39 не открывается из внешнего стороны. Это проблема возникает из за
1. Проблемы связанные с механизмом замка дверей.
2. С ручкой внешнего стороны.
3. Тросом который связывает ручка внешнего стороны с механизмом замка двери.
В нашем случае проблема не связана с механизмом замка и ручкой внешнего стороны, поскольку дверь открывается, просто с трудом, когда положение ручки внешнего стороны достигает крайнем положение. Это означает что проблема может быть связано с тросом, который с временем расстегнулась и стало длиннее и в результате ручка внешнего стороны не может достаточно вверх тянуть механизм замка.
Попробовали несколько способов для укорачивания троса
1. Сворачивали трос и Укорачиваем трос (чуть помогло).
2. Укорачивали трос - меняем зуб шестеренки
но без удачно. Для решения проблемы нужно сменить трос на новый.
ВНИМАНИЕ: Если трос будет слишком коротким, то после закрытия двери с ключом или с пультом дверь больше не будет открывается. Обязательно проверьте дверь перед сборкой обшивки, чтобы могли потом снять трос и открыть дверь из внутри.
