The Blue Pool in Dorset is a former clay pit filled with water. Over time, the minerals in the clay cause the water to change colour creating blue and green hues. The pool is set in an area of a beautiful nature reserve, here you will find the trails to a lovely little cafe with inside and outside seating overlooking the pool which serves anything from breakfast to cream teas.
