This was an "atentat" but so was the "atentat" on Archduke Ferdinand for example. No clue if our eastern Slavic cousins use a similar expression. It literally means an attempt (at someone's life mostly).

I don't watch it myself, but while I was at someone's house earlier, I saw a clip of Sky News talking about how brave Ukraine is pushing Russia back in the north. I almost spit my tea all over their curtains at the brazen, bare-faced lying. And yet there are people who will swallow this hook, line and sinker. Russia won the start of the conflict as well. The so called blunder in Kiev led to the capture of 20% of Ukraine over a 2000km front with 150k troops vs 800k. If people knew anything they'd see that its actually one of the most successful strategic operations of the last 80 years its actually insane when look at the raw numbers.

I accept that lots of people want to join the EU and that's not what I am arguing against. What I am seeking to do is highlight that the collective West has spent billions in funding NGO's and think tanks throughout Georgia and are now working in line with the template of the Maidan collar revolution that was literally hijacked and pushed by the Far right groups funded and supported by the US state department RE victoria nuland. The expansion of NATO is no longer a myth, Georgia finds itself smack bang in the middle of the geopolitical power struggle. Ukraine is now relegated to debt slavery at least the people are through the IMF and it's calling back of loans interest included. Those in power in Ukraine when it all comes to a head will flee and the people the ordinary people who will be subjugated under the thumb of the IMF decorated with an air of 'Democracy' the EU UK US are not democracies and the law that is being called the 'Russian law' is similar to laws passed in all of the places i named above the EU UK US in fact their laws are far more pervasive and intrusive but still a narrative is pushed that this law somehow is Russia influencing things, when we have literal evidence and documentation to show that the US and its cohorts have been manufacturing this situation for near on a decade or more.

In my time in the Cdn Army when we moved at Brigade strength the convoy was massive and it took us almost a full 24hours to travel 450 km until everyone arrived at the destination. I'm sure that under "fire" the air force would have just clobbered us. We are talking about a convoy that was almost 300 kms long. So when people say brigades are moving from the south to the north I wonder how they are managing to pull off these troop movements without being seen. There is no such thing as night on the battlefield today how are they managing this. On top of that there are pro-Russian civilians to travel past. There is no hiding!!!
