Blessed tree is different from taking blessings from it . And this is very dangerous if people take it as something that wil bless them . Shirk then creeps in without realising. Have a look at below hadeeth Abu Waqid Al-Laithi reported: When we traveled to Hunain with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, we passed by a tree which the idolaters called Dhat Al-Anwat. They would hang their weapons upon it for blessings. I said, “O Messenger of Allah, make for us a blessed tree just as they have one.” The Prophet said: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ هَذَا كَمَا قَالَ قَوْمُ مُوسَى اجْعَلْ لَنَا إِلَهًا كَمَا لَهُمْ آلِهَةٌ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتَرْكَبُنَّ سُنَّةَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ Glory be to Allah! You have said just as the people of Moses said: make for us a god as they have a god (7:138). By the One in whose Hand is my soul, you will follow the traditions of the people before you. Source: Sunan At-Tirmidhi 2180, Grade: Sahih

Being blessed and asking for blessing are two different things. Surely any thing that is related with the Prophet(SAW) is blessed. But asking for blessing from that thing is completely wrong. Blessing is a prayer asking for divine favor and protection, which is something that can only be provided by Allah(SWT) himself.

Many people here are saying about shirk aur kufr and this that etc, well how much do they know of our Prophet , his life. Our Prophet was blessed one and anything or anyone who came into his blessed presence got blessed. Such that his companions (Sahaba) are best Humans after him. This is blessed because when our beloved prophet sat under it's shade , Allah showered his blessings on prophet and the tree luckily got in contact with such blessings and is still alive, and we hope will be till qiyamah,ameen. And by the way they don't pray to the tree , they ask Allah to grant some blessings that he has given to this tree for overshadowing the prophet.

I am exited to know about it. Have read about Buhaira, but didn't know that the Carvan of prophet (SAW) lodged under this tree. In one another film I saw it with few green leaves, here I notice it all green. So does it turns all green in some months of year? in that film I also saw people arriving there in helicopter so I thought it's not accessable by general people, but here I notice that there is a road leading to it. Nice to know that and willing to ziyarah. May Allah grant me the resources for that, Amin!
