Who knows how many generations of Staples have had this rare genetic mutation. I wonder if this is a random genetic mutation or some artificial gene modification? I could see some weird noble wanting some commoners to have the same weird/funny problem that some goats 🐐 have.

no, thank you my guy this story is movie worthy. Im 40 since april and i can say that ive read many books and watched over 1000 movies in my lifetime. This story is both original and very entertaining something todays films are lacking. Hollywood movies are lacking originality as of late. I really wish more people knew about this audiobook. please try to publish this book, its a gold mine. I am being sincere

This episode made me giddy with delight. When Wyatt’s father and brothers passed out, I almost whooped out loud . Thank you for a worthy addition to this tale.

Duke Draymors little girl has even more serious issues than I originally thought, Also who's the third party, clearly the supplier of his ships, but it looks like maybe the instigator of the coup, also maybe a connection with the mysterious agent within the Prince's fleet ?

Another great chapter, the images of the video were great. They represented the story well. I loved how the last image actually said duke draymore. Veronica is feral dog that needs to be imprisoned. The mysterious call says the duke made some sort of deal to save the Principalities but still not why, can’t wait to find out why. The one thing I really hate about Wyatt is the fainting, and all the males log his family do it. Really? I didn’t remember hearing the names of his brothers but having everyone in his family having a W name made me laugh.

Yeah all commoners on the planet apparently have a first name starting with W it was explained in a previous chapter - regarding the fainting there is apparently a hereditary condition Vasovagal syncope which can cause this so looks like the Author knows what they are doing LOL - I suspect that the more Wyatt hangs around with Clara and Cynthia the harder he will be to shock and thus the fainting will decrease, that or it will kill him

Seems like all the men in that family are wound way too tight.😄 I'm very glad the author chose to cover Wyatt's call, and I hope we will get some more updates as episodes roll in I really appreciate how this isn't just a story about Wyatt. He's a bridge to a host of other stories and characters, all of whom are developing at a respectable pace. Then you have Draymore's story continuing to develop as well. The subtle foreshadowing is VERY well done, with Frederick Anderson's words as Cynthia restrained him being the preface to Draymore's call, and a testimony to the depth of the Duke's treachery. It will be very interesting when the two stories collide. Speaking of Anderson, the prince better have his story down pat. Anderson's absence from the procession will be noticed.

Absolutely loved this chapter! I really hope that once why it gets to talk to them again fainted in front of the prince add a quart full of Nobles in the Royal family. Definitely would love to hear the family's reaction on that story! John, as always amazing job man! Keep up the Great work!

Books have always been the best way to tell a story. The mind is better at filling in back ground if the writer gives it hints of what suppose to eye, he does. I can’t wait for next chapter.

Thoroughly enjoying this storytelling! Interesting, rich, and engaging.

Last episode was Book 2 Chapter 30. That and the change to Wyatt's family made me think I had missed something. Hope you have returned to chapters and leave out the Book part for simplicity. It appears that the Duke is a pawn of the builders of the Black Ships and he might be in a little over his head.

Already listened to this chapter 2 times! So it's a family thing.

Great episode, reading and pictures. Draymore knows what he is doing is wrong his wife wouldn't be there for him but for the children. So who is behind him and why is he doing what he is doing. slaughtering a whole house ???? I there should be blowback for that. Jincho said his people had more advanced weapons than the principality. His knowledge might help them turn the tide if he can help augment their ships. This could be a movie or series of movies.

Forgive me, but I'm not crazy about the way the family was portrayed. They looked like something out of the old west. I knew picky, picky.

It is always a pleasure to find another chapter has hit the youtube waves and I am so glad I don't have to depend on catching it on TV the old fashion way. The fainting spells having a very specific trigger for Wyatt is rather funny and makes him more human than most stories that have a hero without any serious flaws. I had already guessed that Duke Draymore had been 'encouraged' to push for this revolt. What this mysterious being is up to remains to be known but the fact Draymore has apparently acted upon this compulsion has many possibilities that remain to be known. But if I were to postulate on the various possibilities they would be. 1) The Mystrery Being (MB) has something to gain from the instability of the principality, 2) Draymore is just a pawn in this skeem of the MB. 3) There is a genuine threat from some outside force that has prompted all of this that the MB knows of but was unwilling to share with the proper rulers of the principality. 4)... I will hold on to this one till I know more. Anyway another great chapter in the story. But if I had one gripe I would say that the story should be released at the same time and day each week just to help us poor readers from checking their computer every 30 minutes. But who am I to tell y'all what is best. Thanks for giving us this great saga of Wyatt Staples, savior to the princess, adviser to the prince, punching bag to the lovely Cynthia, Knight Bannerett, and son and brother with a habit of fainting whenever he gets overwhelming emotionally overloaded.

TGIF thank you for a wonderful chapter to close out the week. The staples family reunion though brief was a further development to the continued adventures of WS. The shield may need a rework to include a fainting couch 😅. Wyatt stepped up to the Plate and showed that he is truly a thoughtful son. Clara provided sound advice and though the 400K shocked the family Wyatt let them know that he now has the wherewithal to do more. All of the Staples males are afflicted with the fainting spells. Wyatt’s mother is genuinely proud of her son and all that he has accomplished to date. I am sure that the future holds bigger and better things for Wyatt. Looking forward to chapter 32 😊

This easily became one of my top 5 favorite story's. I'd love to see it animated.

@@johnnyrotten3175 classically there are two main reasons for sponsoring a coup if you are from an external country, 1 stop the leader of said country from attacking you by forcing a change in leadership or 2. weaken the country by removing decent leaders making it more vulnerable to invasion

I inherited a fainting trait from my dad too

Well this was an interesting twist with about 2/3 of the chapter from Wyatt's family on Volantis. I do like how we get to see things from Weskal's pov. It is interesting to see how Wyatt's family is at the same time as Wyatt on the Noirnavio and not in the past. It was great showing the Staples reaction to hearing about the coup and the 3rd Fleet is loyal Duke Draymore, which Wyatt is (was) attached to. It was nice to see one of the reasons why Winona didn't want Wyatt in the navy was if there was a coup/Civil War. I do find it funny that by the time the Gimore finally tells their commoners about the coup Wyatt's family barely has time to think about it and Wyatt calls then 😂. I do love the wholesome scene with the family reunion Wyatt has with his immediate family after not talking with them for about a year. I do like how Weskals reaction to Wyatt wearing a officer uniform and the rest of families reaction quickly following 🤣. I am not surprised that his family is happy Wyatt is now serving in the Prince's fleet and safety at Macha. I am not surprised that Wyatt decided to make sure to see his family gets dumbfounded react of the 400,000 credits, similar to how Clara did to him 😊. It was hilarious that Wam teasing Wyatt thinking the woman's voice he heard from Wyatts end is Wyatt's girlfriend. Especially when Wyatt thinks about Cynthia being his girlfriend 😂 and rebuked his brother that the woman was his superior and his friend. I am not surprised that Wyatt ends the call with telling them he had become a knight barrent. Since he didn't want to deal with the fallout of it. Well you surprised me EkhidnaWritez with all male members of the Staples family has goat fainting issues at something supper surprising😂🤣. Interesting how Wirt fainted because Wyatt became a noble and Weskal due to Wyatt making a friend. I do think that Winona get along well with Clara and Cynthia in finding how Wyatt fainting spells. Poor Wyatt getting 😢 no support from him mom with thinking how many times he probably has fainting due to him becoming wealthy, a officer and a noble. It was nice touch how Cornelius relaxed then he saw the evidence backing up Veronica's claim that House Ivali had betrayed house Draymore and that Veronica did not go half cocked killing of an entire moderately powerful noble family. Its good that Cornelius is smart enough to realize that Veronica is hammer that needs to be kept in check, other wise she may kill people who don't deserve it and cause him unnecessary problems. I do like how Cornelius admits he screwed up raising Veronica.

I knew someone else noticed that Weskal was more surprised by Wyatt making a friend than by the other news. Weskal knew that Wyatt would go far in life so him becoming an officer and wealthy noble was just surprising news, but he had long since resigned to the fact that Wyatt was so guarded that he would never open up enough to make a friend, so him making a friend was an outright earth shattering revelation.

I think I'm following 4 or 5 sci-fi authors, but this one is hard wired in my schedule. It's a delight to listen in. The visual descriptions are great and getting better and better. Love this story, hard to find one to get hooked on

Cornelius seems to regret a lot in regards to his daughter. Also her devotion is creepy af. Kinda makes me suspect her mind was forced into this level of devotion, probably by the entities that are pulling the strings behind the scenes. Which would explain why the Duke has locked his son up and hidden away from all prying eyes. He's not just a son that disagrees with him, he's in danger of getting turned in the same fashion as Veronica. My question would be what happened to the spy network that serve the Principality? It's difficult to swallow that the only spy network in the galaxy all belong to Cornelius and his allies! I'm hoping more allies of the Prince pop up in Cornelius's camp and start working against them in the shadows. Just my thoughts as a fan, not critiquing the brilliant work of EkhidnaWritez! I still love the story even if I'm way off lol 😅

4 to 7 days typically depending on chapter length I dare say there will be a new chapter between Wednesday and Saturday
