Yeah honestly the zombie storyline is a lot more interesting and exciting then some of the newer cod campaigns like in my opinion the bo3 campaign really wasn't good but when it comes down to zombies it's still as amazing as usual

But what I dont understand nikolai's house is in Belgium but why would he live there if he comes from Russia?

Inkslasher there is another Samantha's dress on combine, go to the pic of the real life family and go to the left corner and it is hanging there, and the pic under the family that is on its face if you crouch and shoot it up you can see the bo2 pic

The DNI aspect explains why the zombies characters can hear maxis, rictophen, and Monty in their heads. And another thought is maybe Sarah hall was involved in a mission to time travel back to the battle of Belgium to alter the future. That explains why she has that memory and connects to zombies with the teleporter
