I've had fun with this but I'll play again once we get some new things added to the game. Like the day/night cycle, nods, lasers, other gear, more things to find and trade and crafting. Smoother performance would be good too. 👍

The BT 5.45X39MM ammo has a green tracer, shit looks pretty cool! The AK-74 seems to be much better!!

Performance deteriorated significantly particularly in Fort Narith and Tiger Bay. In the mall it is impossible to play at the moment with a huge drop in FPS and micro sutters of around 20%. Before this patch, everything in Fort Narith was relatively fine although not great, at the moment it is at the level of Tiger Bay.

@@SalvationActual In Tiger Bay, in the village next to the mall, my FPS drops to 60 and I have 14 GB of Vram usage on my video card in that area. I have an AMD RX 6950 XT graphics card and a Ryzen 7 5800x3d processor, I have 64 GB of G.Skill Trident Royal CL14 Ram, I have a lot of difficulty playing in some areas of the map.

"Biggest patch to date" sounds great until you realize it's literally just adding basic infrastructure that should have been there at EA launch. I love the game but I am going to be hyper-critical of everything until something of substance is actually produced. They've been working on optimizing rubber banding since day 1 and they aren't any closer to fixing it than they were at EA launch. The LZ's being added are cool and all, but extremely lack-luster and the only thing they serve to add is more walking time between objectives. That is it. The locations of them also don't make any sense. A "missing" notification, that's a odd way of saying we forgot a literal skeletal, bare-bones feature that should have been coded before the game was even playable. Like, a bunch of these notes read like a high-school C++ project and it's wild that no one is calling these sheisters out for their poor business practices. Unfortunately they managed to make a game that we love, so it's made it to where the masses are largely blinded by the actual glaring issues beyond just the gameplay. Great video Rich, love the content and hope you keep more coming. I'll probably be the hot-take guy and vastly unliked but that's okay, I just want to spark more conversation surrounding the issues that people tend to not focus on (mostly because it entails a lot of speculating about what's going on behind closed doors), but also holding people accountable for what we see at face-value.

This patch didn't fix crap! Was in the game for 15 minutes after waiting 10 in queue and crash! Now I've been waiting for over 10 minutes and I'm still number 6 in queue! The helo change isn't going to help either. They should just ad a plane and parachute to deploy and use the helo's to pick up. The server rejoin isn't going to help in recovering gear if you wait for long periods in Queue! update I wound up waiting another hour after making this comment and the game crashed before I even got to the main menu.

i think you have ram issues or just performance issues, im running the game on a gaming laptop and im perfectly fine, maybe some lagspikes here and there and some rubberbanding but no crashing typically.

@@thorsmith59 hmm.. I don't know what to tell ya then. I can't think of any other possible reasons why ur game keeps crashing. Try googling it and see if that can help you.

A patch full of absolutely nothing xD

And what they fix. Again nothing, just cosmetic crap as before. Severs rubberbanding is same like before. We have much worse FPS drops. NPC's still kill us through the walls. More LZ not fix anything. Chopper initial and final destination not help much. Blurred vision when shooting is a disaster. The game had a large capacity, but obviously the owners don't know what to do with it. Game will die soon if they continue like this.

That’s exactly how I’m feeling for a game that say the focus pve that did nothing for PvP in this patch. What’s the point of these new LZs when guns/ammo is garbage also AI still take 200 rounds to the body and m4/mk is the only good gun just trash

Dead game, player count on Steam barely cracks 2k at primetime. Devs are too incompetent to release substantial updates in an early access game, where updates should be constant. Tarkov/Arena breakout make this game look like its made by interns.

Pretty much. I got to lvl 38 and that’s it nothing to even do. Everyone has the same weapons and gear and no one doesn’t have something that someone doesn’t have. It’s a shame cuz the game is dope. How much time do these 2 kids need?
