I can't believe you ate an entire ThrustMaster by yourself. Wow. Great job as usual on a very cool product. I'll definitely keep this one in mind if I ever need a beefy weather-proof heavy duty work quad.
The screws alone must weigh about 100 G 🤣
“Thrustmaster” the adult cinewhoop;) hahah
If you want a loud, heavy quad; just put the StanFPV ducts on your 5 inch.

The prop killed me the funniest thing I seen all day 💀🤣😂😭
I would feel confident using this to chase over water. CMW makes some of the best multirotor BNF’s you’re going to find! I own another of their BNF’s and I couldn’t be happier with the build quality. I think it was worth every penny even though it cost many! You absolutely get what you pay for at CMW.
Awesome flying and review, Joshua!!! 😃 But yeah, it's a bit scary! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
OK you made me laugh with the "wall stick" bit :-)
@Josh, you've gotten really good at these videos. Nice work! I watch almost as much for the entertainment value at this point.
So cinematic 🤗
Love the creative intro Josh! We want more of this ...comedy genius!

Just the 6s battery weight could put a dent in our bald heads😳
@0:30 now that's a much better way of doing a disclaimer. Thank you. What a fun opener too 😆
I definitely need to pick up one of these! 🔥👍
Love ur stuff, keep going bardwell! I’ll make sure the algo is well fed.
I saw this on your table the other day and was hoping you'd review it, thank you!
I love the comedy elements in your videos. 👍👍
Thrust master lol great honest review as always jb
I love the dual GoPros. Would be good for a dirt track
We’ll you may have killed the batt but not really a loss. Those cnhl black battery are so chunky that even my 1300 6S weights about 235g
You looked like you were having way too much fun with this beast of a cinewhoop JB lol. The fact that you had 2 GoPro cameras on it is amazing, obviously it has a fair amount of power and that battery did a great job considering how much weight it was carrying. With just a single camera it could have a decent flight time and still do some serous aerobatic moves, maybe not with as much ability as a dedicated quad designed for those manoeuvres, but still you could get some great video of both cinematic and aerobatic moves. Me personally, I think I would like to have this one for my collection. I have a session 5 so it’s a lot lighter than some of those newer and bigger models, so I’d have an even longer flight time.
Cool tail camera footage!
that's the same props i run on my big Rooster whoop. DId it as an experiment and its been awesome to fly and carry my gopro max on
Amazing work. Just got to say, your test is with 2 Gopros. This isn't a real life test with one. The fact it accomplished what it did with two us Amazing!
Joshua, Joshua, Joshua. You know better. Turn off Air Mode (or at least put it on a switch), consider turning on the crash recovery. No more bumping in to things and having it flip and stick. Other than that I think the review was spot on. I like my Cinelog 35, but I can see the application for the Catalyst works drone. (I have one of their Merica 9" drones and love it for chasing race cars, and just flying it)
I crashed my Drone in a Sea. It was staying there for 40 hours. After i finding and drying it only the LIPO, ESC, FC and Beeper was done. The Motors and the Caddx Vista was working without any problem! For this build I had to change the camera wire to a longer one. So the seal wasn't as good as it used to be. DAMNED IMPRESSIVE!
I dunno if I already commented this or not, but as fellow who's favorite animal is a penguin, I love that tattoo. Never knew you had it
Hahahaa the run of shame! I had to do that last week😅 good exercise
Thanks, I did learn something!
Funny, I had been using one of my Shen Geyser drones with two Gopro 7's on it and a 1500 6s with average of 3.7 minutes. Yes, it was a bit of a throttle pig but it ran fine. Used it many times with dual gopros until I sunk one of the gopros on my chimera 7 into the swamp from an out of the blue crossfire failsafe. All in alll it worked real good got great video of flying moss covered oak trees and low level views of lily pads and such.
Great stuff men thank u
I was gonna learn what to order today!!! all the pilots in the air be like whoop Jb is...lol nice intro really creative
😅.. intro was hilarious. This whoop looks so badass 🤩.
Ate the whoop down to the prop😋 that's some good eatin there😁👍🏽✌🏾
Cool review. They charge an extra $120 or so for the "all weather" version, which I assume is the mostly waterproof DJI air unit that you showed us. I'm guessing they didn't mention that to you, because it sounded "standard" when you mentioned it, and I know your commitment to be truthful with this community. Much love brother.

At the very end of the video he explains that there is a weatherproof version. All of BNF ship with the 3d printed prison.
I just finished building this quad and...... more fiddly then a freestyler but it was NOT bad :)
great video Josh
Just buy Stan FPV universal dutch prop guard 5 inch, it's so good
Looks pretty sick, have you looked at the lumaquadco luma30 it's a interesting build too with 2203.5 2800kv 6s 3 inch
"Right into the pool " lmao
Wouldnt it be better just to buy the prop guards for 5inch and mount them together with motor screws?
Loved the intro😂
I love the intro! Lol
Great review! Next review: Cinelifters!!
Hi Josh Leave it to Neill to do this, first we got the beast and now we are getting a whoop style in a beast class. OK not a Beast, but it is big. So that's how to mount the rear camera. I tried it once and I recorded the sky. I can see a short flight time I have a 7in and the flight time is short. I am trying Graphene batteries and getting a longer flight. My only problem is that whoops are loud. Thanks again for the video and information about this whoop
8:43 The sprint of shame.
I think a 5 inch drone with StanFPV prop guards is way better

Yes. it's so good. check my video using that
Awesome man . Could you review the new Foxwhoop ? Barely any content on it at all and they are calling it the unbreakable drone . I ordered one already lol
Before buying shendrone Terraplane I thought about this one. This whoop master is half inch bigger (0.6")
Love the backwards view. Good balanced review - was a bit disappointed that you didn't smack into yourself but I understand your later reasoning...
for the weight of the 2nd gopro, you could run a 6S 18650 pack and have 2x the battery capacity... crap, i want one now!
Dope
You remind me of Richard Dreyfus from jaws and you sound like him a bit as well 🤙🏼
CMW is a cool company here in the USA. I have a CMW Shocker and i think it is awesome but it does seem that they have a tendency to build heavy quads. I love the way this CMW Whoopmaster looks but under 4 min flight, those motors sounded like they are screaming, even with those 6 blade props. I do like the larger cinewoops, seems to make sense, larger frame more inertia and stability. SO if you drop the second Go-Pro and fly with a bigger battery then yes, i really like this quad. Also, we know why the quads are still a risk even with the guards, the flight controller has a lot to do with it and perhaps those of you that are great with FC setups perhaps the spastic "stick to the wall" phenomenon can be dialed back our out completely. By the way, nice blue Mustang!
10 inch cinewhoop
2450 on 6s is dynamically limited by the 50k rpm at 6s , it will be over that by about 5k . So i can see it running ok on 5s , but it should have great thrust on 5 or 6s low to mid .I remember running wild willys on a 6s, that was fun. I noticed the solar panels, are you at anytime going to put solar hot water system?, If you do, go for twin tanks as big as you can afford. I had a 2 panel system with 2 40 gal tanks with one being heated by gas. was the best thing I had on my old house.
i fly with a local pilot that just got one of these, it's definitely a much stronger/more stable option, and doesn't force you into using bones/naked camera's to still be able to 'fly well'. its a quality machine, you get what you pay for
Super intro 🤣
How does it do with crash recovery enabled? Is this something you have tried or may consider? Thanks for the content :)
Companies need to stop make the drone heavier than it needs to be just because it has power to handle the weight.
The beginnig was so funny😂😂
If i need something that big i would go with "Lumenier QAV-PRO Whoop 5" Cinequads Edition" :D
Did you have any issues with heat build up due to the waterproofing? I've just had to send mine back after it fell out of the air on the first flight and I'm pretty it was because the top metal plate was burning hot...
Question is what is the weight of the frame and what is the actual specs of the drive train; being that I still don't know what the T motor F class is to bell size.
Have you looked at the new geprc 35 performance model?
This is definitely a drone worth owning. It flys very similar to a 5” without all the whomp whomp whomp feelings of your usual cinewhoop, great review JB! 👍
Great video. What's your take on the remote ID going into effect? From what I'm hearing I'm pretty concerned about the future of FPV. Any light at the end of the tunnel?

What happens If you loose one of these drones that you have to send back? Of even when you Crash them?
What about Qav-Pro 5”? There are not much videos about it!
Why not just put StanFPV ducts on a 5" with 4" props?
Is it possible that the Rapidfire (power on) on the DJI goggles (digidapter) spoils the range and bitrate of Caddx Vista ? :/
The link for this drone is broken, great video as always
what type of antennas do you use for your goggles?
Air mode off to avoid wall suckage? Edit: my friends and I gap our legs all the time and haven’t had any incidents with the whoops sticking to our legs or… other areas… thankfully.
Cool that you included the admission of dumbness. We all do it from time to time 😏
How about motor temperature on this quad??
One thing I noticed on this at4:18 was that there are way to many nuts, bolt, and screws holding it together. Why didn't they just go for a larger pusher prop version of a 95 mm injection molded/3D printed black plastic frame and reinforce it with carbon fiber? Would have saved a ton of weight.
JB, the CNHL battery’s SUCK. I try them a few times now and they Die really fast compared to Ovonic that I love to use and last way longer!
You need a decibel meter. -10 and -4 are not decibels
$699 for the BNF, ouch
It should have crash recovery and have it set to disarm to be safe enough around people. . dang that is big and scary 🤣
Mmaaybe it take BMPCC4k ? or mirorles somthing? sony a6400..
Catalyst Machineworks is the best frame manufacturer EVER!
I wish those cinewhoops wouldn't sound so screachingly terrifying. I'm actually using the tiny trainer as cine"whoop" now because it sounds so much less intimidating, that people actually trust it more... plus I have enough authority to actually react quickly in critical situations...
I’ve killed two of those CNHL 1500 batteries. Once they hit 3.6v/cell, they dive bomb down to nothing real quick
This thing would be crazy without the 2 gopros
Catalyst Machineworks designs are like quad porn for me. Thank you for this video.

They are quite beautiful. I just wish they were lighter. On more than one occasion, I have built up a CMW frame, only to fly it once and then rob the electronics for a lighter build.😬 I want to build one of their new Banggod lite frames.
Can we just get prop guards for our 5” frames and be done with it?

I don't understand why you would but these anyway at these prices. Just go get a DJI Mini 3 Pro or any other DJI at this price.
Cinelog35 6s... seems legit in comparison
Can you put the video feed from a gopro straight to a set of goggles
@JoshuaBardwell
2 жыл бұрын
Not easily. The GoPro does have HDMI out but you would need specialized gear to send that wirelessly to a set of goggles.
how much does just the quad weigh ? Looks like a battery killer
The battery will be fine just charge it again.
Why do whoops have to be so damn loud? That thrustmaster would piss me off every time i lifted off. I’d never fly it.
I’m sorry, but 820$ per whoop is damn a lot!
The biggest price I've ever seen for a cinewhoop.. hehe..
Can u bring the old intro back ?
