Well done inspiring movement, very good idea. Add some glute bridges, to strengthen the hinge movement and glutes, pistol squats for glute meduis activation, do fire hydrants etc for glute activation, and look into foam rolling to get rid of trigger points. Need to add rotaional and anti rotational excercises to aviod imbalances
