I would say the best at everything What a gorgeous masion . one of the most stunning houses ever. 35mil in fort LAUDERDALE is like 88mil IN MIAMI BEACH If this were in miami beach asking price would be 50-70mil range

Unfortunately that's all of south Florida homes all the houses are built on less than half an acre no privacy

I am a big fan of your Construction company you make the most beautiful houses in the world. This villa is beautiful but was disappointing compared to your 16 million dollar villa. You ask twice as much but do not deliver anything better.

This one has 3 floors compared to the other home that only has 2 floors. But, the third floor on this home is not worth an extra 16+ million in my opinion.

Too bad Dov and the Prestige groups cannot control their workers and subs from trespassing on neighboring properties. I’ve asked three times for them to remain on their own job site to no avail.
