The big one is back in Texas. The 2023 Pate Swap Meet was another success overall. There were some technical hiccups along the way as well as bas weather forecasts but in the end, it went pretty smooth. I managed to score a few good deals as always and got to sell all my 1940 Cadillac parts including a rare rechromed grill gaurd that will be going all the way to Australia. The buyer said it will be for his 40 caddy LaSalle. Once again I got to hang out my the Valley Boys which is always a lot of fun. I can't wait until next year. This is year i got two 30 minute videos as I didn't have enough time for more. I will definitely start recording sooner next year.

Hello Benny, we all know times are tough, and at times we have a little "wiggle room" on parts but many times you have to stick to your price. Their will always be a buyer for classic cadde parts. Take care.

The guy who commented that you show everything and nothing : YOU are walking the rows, and when something catches YOUR eye, you pause. At the same time dude is laying back watching your video, and when something catches his eye and you don't pause, he thinks that is the nothing. But how else is this supposed to work? You could fit in the MGB. My first wife had a MGB GT when we got married and I'm 6 3 . We got married on a Saturday and the very next Wednesday she hit a 75 Eldorado and totaled it and we were doing about thirty when she hit him and I didn't have a seat belt on and I hit the roof of the car because I was so tall in that car .
I went to the Pate meet in the late 80s a few times and it was great. I think it was out in Arlington back then (no Tx speedway yet), I don't remember but lots of cool stuff going on. I would still be going if I still lived in DFW. Thanks for the video!

Pate used to be in a town called Cresson if not mistaken. I started going to Pate in 2009 so by then it was at the racetrack. If you went to the one in Arlington, that was at the rangers ballpark parking lot. Its called the Southwest swap meet. I too went to that one. 2009 was it's last year there if I remember correctly. Mr. B. Here ! The swap meets are becoming thin and thinner in OEM parts, some guys do not do not see what is happening. Also you have shown many more vehicles on trailers than I seen before makes you think why . Great video!👍👍👍

It didn't sell at the swap meet. It was put on Facebook marketplace and sold . wish I had the money and space
I never seen so many electric scooters in one place except maybe inside a nursing home.
Benny what is the best product to use as a rust nutralizer for the undercarriage and what is a good product to spray on top as a protective coating?

I've had good luck with this stuff called Ospho. Mother's makes good stuff for top coat protection
