It's good to see Haru playing with Bami,but I think he's maybe getting a bit carried away and being a bit too boisterous with them - even Dami is starting to get a bit annoyed by his rough play. I'm sure it'll be fine,but he might need the occasional gentle reminder that his teenage rough-housing isn't always appropriate for small kittens.

Absolutely. Several of us have tried to warn the owner but it seems he or they are not interested in listening. Not good at all, and it is cruelty. Should be reported to KZread. These kittens shouldn't be left to suffer abuse from any of the older cats. They are too small to even be able to defend themselves from them, and as can be seen, they have nowhere to go to escape from them either. Bottom line is, Haru the lovely is turning out to not be so lovely after all.

Normal cat behaviour when living in a group - YT wont take any notice of your ridiculous reportings 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣These videos are already a cpl of months old - note the kittens have hardly grown in the last months of videos. They were born in Sept (or even earlier) SO that means the most of the recent videos were all shot within a cpl of days of each other. It was the same when Haru was a kitten. For months he was a kitten in the videos then one day a video appeared and showed Haru was huge. The kittens are most likely grown by now and can feind off any unwanted grooming.

Do you ever get the sense that Haru is overly possessive of Dami? Like she seems to tolerate his grooming up to a point, but then he just doesn't let up sometimes.

I agree Haru is being too rough, but people need to remember these episode are not anywhere close to current. Assuming the first episode came out “live” back in September 2023, Dami and Bami would be ~9 months old now. Almost full grown. Complaining about Haru’s behavior from months ago now will not change anything.

@@goldenautumn3073 I honestly don’t think that Honi would continue to show videos of them if something bad had happened to them. Have you seen any of the videos when Honi and Coni were partners? I would encourage you to check them out, so that you can see what kind of person he is.

Haru is getting too rough with the kittens this needs to be stopped before an injury occurs they don't like Haru hugging them too tight

Months ago I said that Haru is totally obsessed by Dami and that was dangerous for the two kittens. Moreover they are 2 females. I don't think they have already been sterilized. They are too small

He's very obviously not except in a rare moment or two. He is dangerous to these little kittens and it should be stopped or they're likely to be harmed. What started out looking okay has very clearly seriously deteriorated. Haru is acting as if they're toys he can abuse at will, and he's being let do just that. Strange how the owners merely think of this as 'cuddling' or 'act of love'. That is bizarre.

@@goldenautumn3073 I agree the big cats are too rough, and the owners never discipline them. I too worry about them getting hurt. I would like to see how big the kittens are now. I'd like to be reassured that they have actually become bigger, and can fend for themselves now.

I'm sure Dami would appreciate a break from Huru's relentless washing.. She needs 2 more 'very small' spaces that she can Hide away from 'controling Huru'.😊

I agree completely 😃 And I’d like to see them get a different kind of hunting toy for Haru, too, like one with streamers or ribbons that he can chase and jump up after. That will help him burn off some of his energy. I really wish that Soni and Yuni would play with him more.

Rubbish. Haru is turning into a predatory monster with these kittens. Or he hasn't been desexed and is grooming them to mate.

These videos started off cute. The interactions between the cats early on were worth watching. But Haru has increasingly become too aggressive, first with Dami, now with Bami. Boundaries need to be set by the people. Someone is going to get hurt, but doubtful it will be filmed or placed on KZread.

No, I don’t think that he would show us a video of the kittens getting hurt, either. But, these are old videos and the kittens are almost a year old now, and much bigger, and if they had gotten hurt between the time that he shot these videos and now, I don’t think that he would continue to upload them anyway-because he knows eventually that we are going to want to see Dami and Bami as adult cats.

@@DRayL_ I think the girls are around 9-10 months old in real life, but I have no idea how old they are in these videos right now-except that they are definitely younger than 9 or 10 months. But I agree with you completely that boundaries need to be set, because even if Dami doesn’t get hurt, all of the rough play might make her turn mean.

The uploader should separate the male cat from the kittens each time it tries to dominate them by biting or holding them. The kittens are scared and they have no place to hide or take cover. But the guy has absolutely no understanding or clue of cat behavior and responsible handling of cats.

@@Hanschr1313 I think the reason why he doesn’t respond to the comments is because these videos are older ones. I’ve been watching both the Ninifam and the ConiTv channels for 3-4 years and they always tape a lot of kitten videos and show those first. But Bami and Dami are really almost a year old right now, so they are much bigger than they were in these videos, and I really don’t think that Honi would keep uploading these videos if everything hadn’t turned out to be fine. HOWEVER, I do agree with both of you that he should have stepped in and given Haru some correction back then, because Haru didn’t understand that the girls were too little for him to play and wrestle with.

I agree with you about the commentaries. I think that Honi loves the cats, but he doesn’t like to scold or correct them. And that’s wrong, because as hard as it can be to correct a cat, or a child, or even just a best friend or spouse, it would be much, much harder for him to have to deal with one of them getting hurt, because he is too afraid to step up and do something to stop it.

What I mean is that there is a time when the owner needs to step in and say No. And when Haru bites Bami hard enough to make her scream, that is one of those times. He is 5 times bigger than she is and they are not living in the jungle.
