Somebody made a mod of this beautiful monster for Farming Simulator 22. It's the only sprayer I use anymore on that game.

I was just thinking the same thing. I remember watching the build series years ago
"They say once you master the drift, you can drift anything!"
*Answers to some common questions* -how long did it take? About 4 months, 10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week with 3 guys -why did we change the look to a Bud? Because it is just awesome! And we didn't like the look of that Titan. Also like the open engine sides on the hood for quick and easy engine access and cooling. -won't those large tires crush the crop? Yes and no, anything driven over crop does damage. Floaters are designed to drive on crop with minimal damage, hence the large tires = less lbs per surface area. In cereal crops such as wheat this is actually better than narrow tires. Now say corn, yeah bad idea don't use these tires in a corn field. -why didn't you go with a larger tank? Well two big reasons, we already owned this tank so it was free and already fit the sprayer frame nicely. And two 1650 gallons is actually very large for a self propelled sprayer, most stop at 1000 let alone 1200. -how much hp? Max is 425hp -top speed? 52mph -why keep small tires on the front? Actually the fronts are pretty big! But the rears are huge so it makes the front look small. Reason is this is how it was designed from the case factory and larger tires would rub the frame in turns as it has a straight axle in the front. -only 2wd? Yes, at over 200hrs, 13000+ acres, and a super wet Muddy spring the BRUTE has only been stuck once. The work it would take to make it 4wd would have been enormous. -will it be in farming simulator? It is! Thanks to black sheep mods! -why do this when the new Holland sprayer already worked? The top speed of our case tractors were 18mph. They also had no suspension so the driver took a daily beating driving it at 15mph through the fields. The BIG BRUTE rides like a Cadillac, it is awesome. -how much did it all cost? Everything ended up being around $40,000. How will we top this build win the future? Haha no idea, this one was pretty epic.

You guys are amazing. Nice piece of good old American “go get it done”.
Re-watching this for the 47574th time. I must say the Proverb at the end, still makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck. Bless ya'll.
Some fabricator on TV "What we gotta do here is fit this angle into this other angle, it takes years of practice to see this." Guy on a farm "I did that three times last month."

There really easy is a floater applicator (term for this type of machine) when there's no weight on the back
As one who loves farming and how it works, I love you turned an old case into your very own Big Brute and how your team of skilled workers can build a machine like that in the winter months. I don't really know what cold feels like that much because of the hot state I live and work in, So the cold climate must be cold. So very good time-lapse/video and keep America feed.
After watching you for about a month, I always thought it was a Big Bud Tractor. You did a awesome job on the rebuild, it fits in perfectly with the Buds
Wow!!! Watched all the live streams but you don’t realize how much work actually went into building Big Brute! You and your family are truly talented! Cheers from Saskatchewan!

Speechless!!! So awesome to see family working together that’s seldom seen where I’m from.. That’s why I’m a first Generation Farmer all the family farms in my area are breaking apart due to money and greed.. Sad but true Nick Scott you should be proud of yourself working along each others side and your father makes a Kansas Farmer proud to see that. Your a great family that I’ve felt like friends with over this KZread thing. God Bless and I hope your harvest turns out well. I’ve started cutting winter wheat here in Sedgwick Kansas and it’s fair to good but blessed to have my son and wife by my side helping bring the harvest in. May God Bless the Welker Family.
Watched this again. Just amazing project. Seemed like none of the original vehicle was used. Golly you are blessed with skill, determination and ability to just darn well figure it out. Wow.
I watched all the build videos, but this really puts the amount of work and effort into prospective in a much more real and overwhelming way.
Nick again amazing work! Great video and awesome job on the build!
Hi there. Only just got round to watching this and it’s epic. I love how you guys have a company image and your sticking to it. I also love how your not afraid to show you have faith and at the same time you don’t throw it in our face. And I love the quote and I’m a non believer. Once again thank you.
Have been binge watching your channel since I found you several days ago and just seen this. Brought a tear to my eyes seeing the three of you work so hard and achieve so much in the shop creating Big Brute. You’ve captured my everlasting attention for as long as you make these videos. Peace & Stay Safe! ✌🏻
Magnifique et extraordinaire ! J'ai suivi le projet en photos et j'avais tellement hâte de voir le Time-lapse ! Bravo les Welker c'est vraiment génial !

Hollywood, Hollywood, Hollywood. Amazing, amazing amazing work. Excellent editing and time lapse of this project. Isn’t it crazy that you are able to fit almost an entire winters work in to 12 minute video. It makes my heart smile to see the scriptures you incorporate into the clips. The world needs more of that, and so do I. Thanks for the time you put into your work.
Think this was the very first one I ever watched from you guys. So so happy and blessed to see how far you all have come.
Very cool ive watched all your videos and seen most pics. Love the work you guys do and the heart you put into your work. Keep it up and take it easy keep the videos coming even if its just family fun cause i think we who have watched all the videos feel like you are family. The videos will continue being watched here in Kentucky
I love using brute in FS19. Great work.
Amazing, glad to see it published. I enjoy seeing a family working together. My gods blessing be with you.
Incredible work as always Nick. Thank you for devoting the time to make this amazing machine and share it with the world.
Doozy of a product. Nicely well done!
Great video as always! Thank you for making great content for us. Oh, and Big Brute looks awesome!
The planning and coordination of this was awesome. To see it work after was the icing on the cake. Excellent work.
Nick/Scott, I follow you guys, Chet Larson, Reese Ivers, and Zach Johnson. This is the BEST video I have ever seen. So impressive. Well done Sir

I've been a subscriber for a while, and finally watched this. I am in awe of your skills, and your vision!
Wow. I’m blown away by the amount of work that must have been. I grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan and my dad always taught us to tinker to gain the confidence and experience to fix things yourself. I’m impressed with you guys and your ability to jump in to any project. New subscriber and now I’m bingeing on some awesome content.

Grew up in a little town named Taft TX, and it was cotton, milo and corn for as far as you could see in every direction. People always made fun of the "big dumb farm boys" but they have no idea what the work requires... Y'alls fabrication skills are beyond any of the famous car "builders" I can think of. No sitting in someone's livingroom being wiped down with soft cloth baby diapers... Your creations are out putting in hard work, and are truly amazing... Good luck on future builds, and thank you for keeping us fed. J. Burris Inez TX
Your time lapse videos are the best. You guys do amazing work. Thanks for sharing part of your lives with us
I love it and the one in fs17 mod is just amazing and the horn actually sounds the same best part is the horn
Added to the list of things i wouldnt want to get ran over by 😂

Epic!!!
Thanks for a totally amazing video Welkers!!!!’ It was fantastic and interesting and informative and entertaining!!!!! Wow. You totally surprised me. I did not realize you all built the big bud sprayer yourself. Caught me off guard on that one. Just so amazing what you did I think. But by watching your video three times already I can understand what you did and how. Not an easy job for the faint of heart. Tearing into this project took time and energy and dollars and just plain hard work. Your forethought on this project was outstanding. So much you had to engineer and think through and design. Just can’t find all the words to describe this project and the amazing three men that built the big bud sprayer. Just hard to believe you three did this. Just amazing!!!!!’ Once again the Welkers have shown the heart of farming in America!!!!!!’ They stepped forward and did it, whatever needed to be done WAS done!!!!!’ Extremely proud of Bob and Nick and Scott and Colby (saw him in the video). Well done gentlemen!!!!!! You three are more than the average farmer in America, you three are at the head of the class!!!!!! Thanks ever so much for this video. You made my day!!!!! Now I know why I watch the Welkers!!!!!!’ God bless all of you!!!!! The Iowa farm boy. Steve 😊👍🙏🙏💕💕🇺🇸

Amazing time lapse Welker Farms! You’re dedication to hard work pays off in the pride of your equipment. I love seeing what you guys do. Keep it up!
I would love to have access to such tools, I could finally fix my wheelchair lifts and vans.
Hahaha step 1 - donuts before tear down!
I REALLY enjoy how you men fab up all this stuff. Way to go Bob, Nick and Scott Welker!
Love the time lapse videos. Grew up on a row crop farm in Georgia back in the 80's. We had mostly John Deere 4440. My favorite was the John Deere 1980 8640. It was a beast of it's era. Brings back a lot of memories. Thanks
Well... very cool. I'm just wondering what you're going to build NEXT winter, LOL.

Just a question why not a bigger spray tank?
@WelkerFarms
6 жыл бұрын
That thought crossed our minds but this frame and tank were already fit to the dimensions of the booms when they fold together and also they were free because we already owned them. But yes 2000 gal would have been great!
Simply amazing to see how much work this project actually took. Great time lapse!
dedication and work ethic, you guys are awesome and a fine example of what makes our country great.
Does Big Brute still have the Case IH engine or did you put a different engine on Big Brute and i missed it?
i always thought this was made by bigbud themself
Nick, this is a fantastic outcome and a project you'll look back on for years as you enjoy the features of this sprayer. thanks for the video compile.
It always looked so natural I didnt realize just how much work went into that beast. Hell of a job.
This big weels not destroy too much crops?
@ricomon35
6 жыл бұрын
NO, wide soft float tires like these are designed to be gentle on crops.
You have ended up with a first class machine built to last for many years, if it does break down you pick your spaners up and fix it, easy, all this for 40k Bargain. Stephen.
I hope I don't sound like I am trying to flatter you here, but I think you you three can do just about anything you set your mind to. Your folks must be very proud. You are fine examples in every way that I can see. Thank you.
This is seriously dope! Hats off to everyone who worked on this!

Epic project. Awesome vid. Thanks!
I love how much work and dedication into all of your builds keep it up

You guys never cease to amaze, awesome job 👍👍!!
I love this, so much effort an attention to detail, you really took pride in this and it shows, I know it's an old video but still fantastic
The best way I describe this channel to friends is, Monster Garage meets Green Acres. Incredible stuff guys
Searching for words that do this build justice and I can't find any. Exceptional, it's gorgeous, it's huge and it's Big. Absolutely stunning.
That was an amazing video. Thank you for what you do!
AWESOME!!! Can't believe you got all that in in just under 9 minutes, but you did. Great Video! Thanks
Awesome job on the video Nick! And even better to all three of you working on/creating a machine your farm can use hopefully for many years too come!!! Ron
That was amazing! Your time lapse videos are the best. It's hard to compliment both the video work as well as the actual manpower that went into doing it. That's just so much work on both ends, I love it! God bless.
Great vid. Now You can see how much work it was to make this awesome sprayer. Nothing more satisfying then creating and customizing your machines.
Wow, the amount of work on all ends of this is amazing. Fun to see it all come together. Be proud, what you guys have accomplished is the kind of hard work/ mentality that built this country. Great job!
Excellent editing Nick. The video is very good shows all the work that went into making BIG BRUTE thank you. GOD Bless.
I'm not even a farm guy and all I can say is WOW! Amazing job!
Well done guys. Fantastic. Thanks for sharing.
