Thank you for an accurate review. I got the Vapor pro 2 and the feeling of the shoe was dead on. I then tried 11’s and they felt heavier and much stiffer. The midsole wouldn’t give. I’m very happy with the pro 2’s.

Both really good shoes. Comfort V11 and performance VP2 for me

i havent tried the 11s, but coming from using court ff 2, asics gel res 8, these vapor pro 2s feel so good to wear and play in! comfort is elite!

vapor pro 2 sucks, i boght one pair 7 months ago and they are destoyed!

My favourite shoe ever!

going for pro 2

11 for me

Great review. I personally have the Vapor X , Vapor Pro and Vapor Pro 2, using them all evenly (purchased the Vapor X and Pro at the same time) and I can say that the Vapor Pro 2 fits the best (despite all being the same size shoe) also I had no break in period which shocked me and the toebox was perfect where as the X and Pro were a little too snug. My favorite shoe was the Zoom NXT however I think the high heel was the reason for giving me leg/lower back pains after playing but the Vapor Pro 2 seems to be the winner as the best all rounder and no 'after match' pains. Rating from all the shoes I've worn from my personal best to worse. Vapor Pro 2, Zoom NXT, Vapor Pro, Vapor X and Cage 4.

That's what's so great about the Pro 2; no break in at all. The Vapor X is still my favourite of the bunch but playing more in this one, I'm beginning to change my mind.

@@RacketsRunnersVancouver As am I! I also find the outsole more easier to move around. Vapor X will always have a place in my heart and the Pro was a a step up despite lots of mixed reviews but I just can't deny how good the Pro 2 feels on my feet. The only downside of this line is the warranty that used to be included and these do wear out fast if you slide a lot. Otherwise if you're not a big slider then these will last just as long as the Vapor X / Pro

The Asics Gel-Resolution would be perfect!

It would have costed them nothing to make that extra eyelet, I dont get Nike sometimes. What about peeps that don't slide, will they be sticky enough?

I know, it's a bit frustrating. They'll definitely be sticky enough. I've never had a problem with "slidey" shoes giving out too easily when I'm not sliding.

The new Babolat Jet Tere 2 is a pretty solid alternative to those.

I like the 11 much better, but can only find clay in the Pro 2 😢. Why does Nike only make one clay shoe?

The Pros last a little longer in my experience.

Hi, im wearing court ff3 size 44, ultraboost 4.0 size 44 and nike pegaus 39 size 44, i have wide feet and my feet is around 27cm, planned to buy vapor 11 2024 roland garros edition, what should i pick for the size? 43.5 or 44? Thankyou !!

About sliding, I think the Vapor 11 is not as good as court ff3.

It's very close. The Gel-Res and Court FF are also excellent. To me, Nike and Asics are kind of on their own pedestal in terms of sliding, although I haven't tried many Adidas shoes.

@@RacketsRunnersVancouver I have tested sliding in around 10 different tennis shoes. even in some basketball shoes. Lol. In my testing, Vapor 11 not as good as Vapor pro. Their outsole material is weird. I don’t know how to explain. Vapor 11 is outsole is hard but also have higher tenacity than Vapor pro. Thats why it is not loud. Maybe not no shank, so the energy doesn’t delivery. I don’t know. For now, best sliding shoes I try is barricade and court ff. barricade sliding is rock solid. Feel super stable. Court ff is like , when I put it on, step on the court , I know I can slide on these. But I just don’t like their super low top. Felt less secure.
