The vsynth-using artist Witches With Glitches. Dunno how I'd describe them otherwise. Electronic? Sadcore but not all that totally sad? A bit more variation between their songs than you'd initially think, but still quite specialised to their wheelhouse.

Absolutely... The build variety was incredible. I literally spent hours making a green hulk. Then leveled so I could use the great club... Then went inside on the bridge. Fond memories of invaders going... Wait wtf. Oh cool. And of hulk smash. Parrying (with a great club) the ass hats who just ran at you was funny as feck. Fond memories man

the best weapon to exist in dark souls such a shame it never came back in any form

DS2 has the most insane weapons among all the souls in my opinion, it's the only one game where you can hadoken your way to victory (+ Andre tribute)

you can do some pretty insane builds in ds1 and ds3 too. for example black knight glaive in ds1 or things like infused claymore or upped vordts in ds3 absolutely anihilate the entire game, literally 3 shotting bosses due to frostbite. and if you think sorcery is strong in ds2, oh boy its nothing compared to ds3 sorcery, you can literally make yourself invisible for 99.9% of the game and skip any enemy you dont like, oneshotting the ones you do like xD and well.. elden ring is another story of broken weapons and magic being OP

DS2 had "weird weapons" in a whole nother level the smelter hammer is just a ten foot chicken drumstick, large bells with handles on them, an anvil chained to a stick, star-wars style twinblades made of rock and a scythe made entirely out of bones tied together. if that's not enough, you can get a ring to just make your weapon invisible lmao i love it

@@OfficialPepe Sure. Yet none of those titles had a literal chicken leg or a weapon that became functional after breaking or a weapon that scales with NG+s. DS2 does had some of the unique weapons, along with shittons of average ones.

I used to have the Pursuer GS in the main hand with the Bone Fist in the offhand, the mixups and dmg in pvp were sick.

god the bone fist move set is so CLEAN. its a crime it didnt come back in ds3. hoping to see the full moveset come back someday. hadouken and all.

I just wanted to say I have been binge watching your videos for a while and the layout that really sticks out to me is the "Bringing Doom With The Black Knight Halberd" the video is very raw with few edits/cuts which allows us to see more of your process. Its also easy to follow and listen to! So if you ever feel you want to push a video out and don't have tons of time. don't be afraid to release something simple because they are some of my favorite to watch. I'm sure others would agree. Both styles are fantastic and so was this video thank you much love!

Nice vid and memories on the dlc weekend release back in the day. I think I missed work Monday as is been up doing snowy land and invasions with streamers lol. We were all there. But... Oh man i loved using these in my back pocket back when i was super into ds2 bob arenas The only way i ever landed that flying kick on anyone remotely aware was using the weapon invis rings with my actual weapons of choice and then randomly swapping out to flying kick

just an FYI, Even if the Attack Rating is technically higher you're likely going to be doing less damage when you infuse weapons because of having to go through two different defenses. Infusions are really for exploiting specific elemental weaknesses or if you're a mage that wants to use a melee weapon but hasn't been pumping STR or DEX. Otherwise going pure Physical is better

U get a shield that gives u the chloranthy rings effect in one of the giant memories..so basically u can equip all dmg rings and when u have the Shield in ur left hand..u can 2 hand the weapon of ur desire in ur right hand and still have the effects of the shield active.Hope This helps for future builds

I tried it once. The Dragonrider Bow surprised me with how good it is.

Yo Yaz when you do the bow run try out the bleed arrows on enemies like Aava, normally 200 bleed damage ain't a lot but getting it in 3 shots on top of the arrow base damage makes it pretty decent. Other than that I think fire and magic arrows were the best options. Also gotta try out Bow of Want for the DLCs that thing is just incredible. Oh yeah and don't bother using Flynn's Ring, it doesn't work on bows but Ring of Blades does.

Bonefist's moveset is sooo cool it gives anime vibes, wish the damage was more so it can compete with gs
