That's was a speech from a man who utilized some of his 10 rules including bring energy,confidence, passionate, emotion and all in all players worked hard as family unit look at the end everybody including the crowd singing together nobody left the stadium

The best thing I liked was - "If you think something gonna change in the future then you would forget to notice that you have to change for it" Living in the present moment is very important - very nice insight

When he talks in the bonus clip he says something like; "If we can beat a team that's stronger than we are, why can't a team we are stronger than win versus us?" I think that's a really good reverse engineer thought.

As a Liverpool fans from Indonesia, there is a few strong words that really tell you how great this man is.. 1st is when he bid farewell to Mainz, when the supporter singing You'll Never Walk Alone to him, he said "everything i've got, everything i am, You gave it to me", pointed at all Mainz fans 2nd is when he first arrived at Liverpool and on the press conference he said, "When i left Dortmund, I said its not important what people think when you come in but what they think when you leave" And the 3rd one is after when we do the impossible things comeback against Barcelona that helped us to win UCL for the 6th times he said "Giving your absolute everything doesn't guarantee anything, its just your only chance to get something" Maybe for some not football related will not find this kind of words are that strong, but for us as a fans, to be managed by him is just pure joy and blessing

Love Kloppy. To me he's two things , love and hard work, very like a middle eastern philosophy. He works with kindness and love and matches this with hard disciplined work, the results will happen as you have the perfect balance between the inner and the outer.

This is my favorite top 10. The man is an optimist, but not a helpless dreamer. You can see the culmination of his values in his current team- his players are just as hard-working, selfless and never gives up before it's over. He did tone down his game a little bit for the sake of conserving strength for the PL title. But by god did he keep all of his words said in the video.

He formed all those Gem-Players into World-Calss-Players playing for the big clubs today like Bayern, ManCity, ManU etc. Lewandowski Götze Abumuyang Gündogan Hummels Reus Miki Kagawa That's true world class! See the potential of undervalued players and making them into world class players! If Kloop had the money like Bayern or ManCity...he would have already won at least one time the Champions League.
