Master Ken would be proud of the flying one to the chest padding. I like that you don't take yourself too seriously and you can apply the principle in a silly way just for fun. Thank you also for flat-out saying that this is a set-up and not a finisher. Those flow drills are a great way to practice this and feeling where the anatomy naturally fits into the opponent/partner's anatomy.

Also, I love seeing you drive that power from your rear leg. Most people can't do this technique because they're always heavy on their front foot.

I remember you have shown hip strikes before. But this is a more dynamic version with lots of body mass.

Good stuff. In a clinch situation, this is how a smaller person can overcome a bigger stronger opponent. This kind of strike is normally unexpected and that is why it can work.
