I love the see brothers making moves. I love trucking being a owner op changed my life. $8000 investment 2006 freightliner century class returned $131,000$ the first year. That's home every day weekends off pulling containers.

I bought 2 truck cash within 6 months and I love it working on my 3rd I have my authority and all, I see all profit and on my on schedule, but he stating alot of facts but starting up in the trucking business you shouldn't want all those bills at the beginning. Get started with a good cash truck then after you can start leasing.

@@Gislaina yeah but buying used you can end paying alot in repairs. I bought new and didn't have to worry about any truck issues for 4 years. Paid off in 2 and half years and stacked the last year and half for 2nd truck. But buying used can definitely workout. Our 3rd truck is used but now i had the capital to fix without stretching us thin. I was just showing the other side.

Trucking is a great way to make a living, but you have to enjoy driving, that's the number one. If your interested in becoming a truck driver there's plenty of schools out there; some schools will even put you on a bus to go to their school and put you in a hotel. You will never be without a job becoming a trucker as long as you take care of your license. I'm a local driver in southern California I work 5- 12hr days weekend's off and my annual gross in 80k per year with full benefits. There's money in this industry.

I don't need anything but my own two nuts, go on ahead and help your own, it's that kind of thinking that pushes others away from you, others that would've could've been allies and even friends. @@dannyjimenez6559 what the hell are you talking about? What did I say racist? I'm black so me aspiring for my own race to be wealthy is somehow wrong? Miss me with that fake offensive talk! It's VERY ok for me to say what I said because PRIMARILY Africans (black) were brought to this land on the bottom of boats and used as slaves for over 400 years and denied EVERYTHING we single-handedly created with our own NUTS! Statistics show that out of all races, blacks are the least to support their own......so yes we need to do WAY better with that! Being racist is purposely, and maliciously not being fair to another human being because of their color, decent. Also, from the looks of your name your race has their own share of racism in this country too so I would do some research if I were you before trying to call me racist! Spanish were also discriminated against but nothing compares to black people so fuck off! I didn't say a word about not being fair to other people or races! I'm all for my people getting a DESERVING fair share of the wealth this country accumulated because of our hard working NUTS! Don't try turning my words around dude! Matter of fact, if you have such a problem with black people wanted to support each other then you should look into changing the content you looking at on social media fool!!!

A word of advice I give to people who consult with me for logistics primarily speaking for the asset side as a trucking company owner or people who go down that route. The best way to go grow in terms of proper scalability is following this rule of thumb: 1. If you think you can afford 3 trucks , buy 1. 2. if you this you can afford 6 trucks, buy 2. 3. If you think you can afford 9 trucks, buy 3. If you scale in this manner you will thank me later as to how you kept cash flow healthy. That's my advice I give all people who come to me for their authority advice and consulting. Great advice in many segments in this videos. Thank you for being an ambassador of our industry with these posts where people explain their journey. Also, dispatching is a great business and can be lucrative for sure. keeping in mind that all new driver's you retain, make sure to treat them as if they were your next of kin; they will take care of your with their service. Happy trucking everyone !!!

I just started a trucking company and baby when I say I was so afraid. It is such unfamiliar territory for me. I did a lot of research and I know a lot of drivers and dispatchers. I seen it was a male dominated industry and it intimidated me a bit. I realized that being a woman in this industry has its perks too. I stand out more and you know how men can be 🙄🤣 They all want to see how I’m doing things because I am a woman. Building professional relationships is key to any type of business! Thank you for this because I learned so much by watching. Thank you!

Once you hit 9-10 Trucks your considered a fleet by the insurance companies. The 150 Trucks under his dispatch management. Basically gives him a fleet of a 170 trucks but without all of the Expenses. @NGU Caesar yw. Leasing is a fine way to start, get in any game, learn the ropes, build money, test the waters with less risks, etc...but if u want to be a long term player in real estate, stocks, trucking, land, manufacturing, etc..... then OWNERSHIP is key. You cant pass down a "lease" to your grandchildrens grandchildren! Leasing is for short term in YOUR lifetime, while Ownership is for the long "generational" haul. Our problem is that most of us cant begin to fathom the notion of OWNING. Good dialogue. Thanks for the discussion around this topic.
