@@RobSambles I have just bought Phot Mechanic - all my external hard drive can be connected and injested except my QNAP NAS image storage drive - trying to find out why it is not recognise by Phot Mechanic - thanks for your help.

@@gavancaldwellmac Ah ok I see. If it's working ok with your other drives I would guess it's maybe something to do with the security/privacy settings of the drive. I'm afraid I'm not sure though

Make sure to mount the NAS in your file system. Then you should be able to use it.

There's plenty of study you can do but personally I don't have any qualifications for it no
