Stranger pomegranates

1.slice top part away without damaging seeds inside 2. cut along the star-shaped skin inside the fruit which separates the seeds in sections but dont cut entirely to the base (bottom) 3. slightly open the fruit in all sides of star-shape and pull the middle part (skin like part) out

Gonna sound "stupid myself ", but I am new to pomegranates and I have been wondering, if you were, to juice this...after getting that white fleshy skin off, would you ( like so many others)...use that skin in the juicer? I guess I have been living under a rock..lol but I recently ,tried a pomegranate juice, so I have been wondering? I realized that I just love it. I'm not exactly too, familiar with the art of " juicing either. Was just trying to save....waste if possible??

I have discovered pomegranate seeds are absolutely delicious on a salad. I bought a whole pomegranate today for the first time because the store has not had the little cups of seeds in a few weeks.
