from my experience if you do not practice after your course ended. all your practice goes out of the window within a month. I am sure 99% students who attends vipassana do not practice after reaching home. In vipassana center you practice in a controlled environment but when you enter the real world with chaos, busy, life problems. priorities will change quickly.

Hello ji.. Maximum acclimatisation is advisable before you start. Atleast 2 days.. Everything else is just smooth and amazing. Regards.

@@RaghavDave bro Kya aapne apne ander kuch change feel kiya after vipasna..jo change ab tak aapme ho... Aese wala nahi..Jo center se vapas aate hi khatam ho gya ho?.. And my 2 nd point.. Maine suna hai..Vipasna karke..logo ko Kai bar dikkat aajtai hai..jaise.. Agar koi introvert hai to vo aur introvert ban jata hai.. Agar koi gusse wala hai to Aur gusse wala ban jata hai.. MATLAB Jo hi jis bhi person ka normal Guun hai.., vo hi Guun Aur jyada strong ho jata hai.. Kya aapne aesa feel kiya aur kisi Vipasna practicetionar se suna ya ese related chij suni?.. Please reply jaroor karna..in details.. Badi ummed se msg kiya Bhai..

don't stay in hostel , you can directly go to the center and stay there 1-2 before the course.
May to August month mai hi booking karna chahihe ladhak ke liye

@@himanshuyadav6672 ji.. Negative impact ka prashna hi nahi hai.. Agar aap samjh kar follow Karen.. But it's a subject thing. It can change from person to person. Is par ek video banaunga.. Detail main.. In one line.. Vipassana can not harm anyone.
