Lee, I think that's the best vlog you've ever done. Period!! Some local history, great personalities with enthusiasm and ends with the chippy. What peed me off about when you go to the coast, you never chat to the fishermen who catch the bloomin' stuff.

Councillor Galley and I would not see eye to eye politically but on this subject his enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication had me hooked. I wish him well with the venture - I remember as a kid I went to Blackpool from Manchester regularly since the 1960's and the trams are an integral part of its history.

It’s a shame more towns and cities haven’t got more councillors like him, top man!

That was great Lee. I know Stephen said that you wanted to go to Tram Town, I could almost feel your excitement. I'm especially proud that Stephen was responsible for raising the bulk of the money needed to do the restoration of the Alan Bradley tram ( Balloon 710). It was so cool that you were both booked on the tour, Stephen was really happy when you contacted him to say you were there. Looking forward to you and Stephen working together again.

Absolutely great didn’t realise Blackpool had tram tours. A fish’n’ chips tram at a cost of £12 that’s a bargain plus you drink and not forgetting the tram ride that’s what I call getting your money’s worth it’s got to be a 10/10. Well done Blackpool and I agree with a comment made a lovely fella and every city should have councillor like him, well done 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Such a great video. The councillor was so informative. Very interesting seeing so the old trams. Living so far away from Blackpool, I haven’t been there that many times. It’s surprising how far the tram travels. It’s a huge seafront.

What a wonderful show . I watched it twice! You are on top form with two excellent Blackpool hosts. Every article I have read in recent years has painted the town in a poor light having lost its former glory to foreign holiday resorts. You have shown the positive aspects of Blackpool! Great to watch yours and ‘Walk on the Wild Side’s’ vlogs of this day Lee one after the other for a superb view of a journey I know well, but not from the perspective of a double decker tram. I have drove that journey on several occasions, but never been able to observe as much, so this fish and chip heritage tram trip is going on my ‘To Do’ list! When you think of Blackpool three things come to mind, one the Tower, two the Pleasure Beach, and three The Trams. What a lovely experience. I've ridden trams in Blackpool, and I've eaten fish & chips in Blackpool, but never combined the two. Next time I'm up there, I'll definitely give this a go. And if you have kids and haven't seen the Blackpool Illuminations, definitely go there with them. They'll absolutely love it. 👍

Absolutely brilliant - Congratulations for one of your best ever videos, which is high praise indeed. People love to knock Blackpool but this was a fantastic advert for a place that will always hold great memories for me and many others - it's got to be a 10 plus for content, interest and value for money - special mention for Paul who was great and Mr Blackpool Steven - great stuff Lee.

12 quid, that's cheap as chips, and they're included with a fish and a drink too!! The mug was a very well deserved and thoughtful gesture. A nice little memento of the day and also the work you do to promote the place. It was brilliant seeing all the trams and inside the sheds, the ride along the prom and the tide rolling in. It's a 10/10 from me. I support the idea of the famous tram being named #Alan Bradley purely for the fact that it has become a crowd puller on the strength of all the exposure. Being named would also make it instantly recognisable to any fans and tourists.

That was probably my favourite video that you've done, it was like the inner kid of you was bought out. Obviously Blackpool holds alot of memories for you, there's just something about it isn't there? Perhaps it is just the fact that it reminds us of being with the ones we love and an age of innocence? I've watched both your and Stephen's vlogs now, and really enjoyed both. I don't live too far away and have a few visits to Blackpool / Bispham / Cleveleys and St Annes already this summer. I've seen the heritage trams but didn't realise that the tramtown was accessible and that they had such a great itinerary of trips.. Fish and Chips for 12 quid on a heritage tram...no wonder you were beaming from ear to ear. Going to do that at illumination time and the ghost tour sounds good too.

Fantastic vlog Lee, me and my husband are going to Blackpool for our 1st wedding anniversary an Billy wanted to go an see the Nostalgic Trams but not able to as it's not open on the weekend we are there. Great to see the Allan Bradley tram there too remembering watch that getting brought back to Blackpool x

Blackpool and Rhyl were always great days or weekends away. A quick escape from the Midlands for my parents when I was a kid. Blackpool still looks buzzing in the summer but I wish Rhyls council would sort its resort out! Great video Lee..

That councillor is neither a Cox or Evans from Vic n bob days, he is a sound bloke. You'll have to go to beamish in Durham, there's old buses, trams galore and now I believe a 1950s style fish n chip shop!

Or the Black Country Living museum where they also have a great fish and chip shop and do Peaky Blinders events due to parts of the series being filmed there.

Mac fantastic post and the food looked amazing and a tram ride all for 12 quid! We went to Blackpool with the school way back in 1980 if i am right and we watched a dead person coming in on the tide,very memorable all for the wrong reason, on a side note Liverpool had the world's first overhead railway ( known locally as the dockers umbrella) nice one Mac 👍

Hi Lee, we live near Blackpool so go there alot, often on ebikes cycling along the front up to Cleveleys and Fleetwood which is great fun and so easy on the ebikes. We use all Blackpool's great amenities to their full !! We've done all the Heritage Tram Tours including the fish n chip one. We did visit Tower Fisheries thanks to you good review and will visit West Coast Rock Cafe soon again thanks to your excellent review. Great channel and i love your enthusiastic outlook on life !! PS....you should do a video on the Winter Gardens Hertitage Tour which is fantastic and also the Blackpool Tower Heritage tour. Cheers Rob..
