I would too! I'm a stay at home mom and looking to get back to work via into a salesforce admin certificate but to work for a travel company (hopefully with some perks) sounds like a dream.
This is happening in the Dominican Republic at puerto plata resorts #1 lifestyle resort timeshare nightmare and #2 also in Puerto plata iberostar resort timeshare all they promised you is a lies Don't pay a single penny for timeshare

Hi, I am sorry you even have to worry about this but I don't think that should matter at all whether it is paid off or not. You are on the hook for it so you should be able to let your family and friends use. But, I am not sure since I only have dealt with Marriott or Interval. However, you always need to PUT THE RESERVATION IN THEIR NAME. If it is in your name they will not let them check-in (since it could be anyone). Also, make sure that they say they are your family or friend. I rented a timeshare on eBay once and when I was checking-in, the resort kept asking me about my "friend." I actually rented from a stranger but I couldn't tell them that. If you rent to a "stranger" it is possible that the person isn't allowed to check-in and then you have to refund them for their rental price. I hope that helps. Try calling Westgate when you are booking and have them help you. When I book online, there is a place to put the guests name and I can easily change it to someone else right then, or I just call up later and change the check-in person (guest's name).
