Absolutely stunning. Outstanding work as always! I’m sure you will, but when you remove the pillion foot rests, don’t forget to remove the pillion seat as well, and replace it with the single seat cover 👍

The Panigale V2 is currently my favourite build right now. The useability is appealing and its in a colour other than red.

What is there not to like when you talk about bikes... maybe a little bit more detailed installation videos but that is it.
I would like see more of work not just skipping that part just going to when it finished

Reservoirs are blocking the screen a bit though!
By drilling the triple clamp doesn't it loses it's original abilities to withstand any hard impact during a crash?

If you crash hard enough to damage the triple clamp you have bigger things to worry about. But in short no, it wont effect it much, the holes are only 7mm deep.
Doesn't the brembo reservoir kit work on this bike? I used one on my Tuono when I installed a Corsa Corta master.

Wasn’t the Panigale V2 originally a giveaway bike as well? At least, that’s what was said in the first couple v2 build videos

what forks are these? and are these 50mm top and 53 bottom? or did you have to machine the lower triple to accommodate the 50/54mm ohlins forks?

They are the Ohlins that are specified to fit the v2, need to look up the part number, but you can check their site and the part number comes up.
